Workout your whole body

    A full body exercise is the most appropriate way of working out and staying fit. But then there are those who work either only above their waist or below their waist. This is not the way to go since you`ll end up losing shape.

    What i would recommend is finding an instructor who will help you out. The instructor will keep record of what you do and what you should do. Fitness is very important and you should work on making it perfect.
