When do I receive payment?

    I had withdrawn $20 dollars last week - Monday, June 4th and I still haven't seen my withdrawal. I am curious to know the status of my withdrawal. Also to note, this is my first withdrawal.

    I still haven't heard anything of note as yet. I read that the normal waiting time is between 24 to 48 hrs so how comes it has been almost 2 weeks and I haven't received my withdrawal as yet?

    I finally received my payment but I only received half? I cashed out 208 credits but I only received $10.40. Can someone please explain this to me?

    Each credit is worth 5 cents; so 100 credits = $5, 200 credits= $10. You cashed in a little over 200 credits; and earned a little over $10, which is exactly correct and how it is supposed to be.
