More rating issues

    For some reason I can't open up the ratings from the rating screen, so have had to attach a screenshot from the email I was sent.

    I'm sure you can see my ratings on my dashboard board from your end @KenBrace and rule following is at 1 still and the rest are...Well, I don't know?

    And here's the ratings on my dashboard (just in case you can't see it from your side) @KenBrace

    As you can see the ratings from the email to the dashboard don't really correlate. Or do they, I don't know?

    I haven't been re-evaluated or written enough to warrant that. The stats by default of everything but the Global Rating is zero. Could this default zeroes might be messing things up a bit with the formula?

    That might be the problem I had. The notes were extending over the plus signs and blocking clicks to expand the ratings. If you set your browser to zoom text-only and zoom out until the plus signs are clear of the text you can click them, then re-enlarge the text to view the ratings.

    The plus sign is clear of the text, it just won't let me expand it. I'm sure that the rating we get on the email will be the same as what is on the actual rating screen though, and Ken will be able to check anyway I would have thought, so I'll just wait and see what happens now.

    I was facing this issue. When I clicked below the plus sign it got expanded. Try to click around the plus sign, may be it will work for you too!

    Originally, I fixed the 1.0 error on the rating itself but not on the account average. I've just now done that so you should see accurate values now.
