My rating hasn't changed with a rating

    Hello Admin,

    Got a new rating of 4.1 from a forum but my rating of 3.3 is still there, please look into this and change it,my old rating is limiting me from having forums to post to.

    If you were rated 3.3 by The Gateway and have received 4.1 from another forum, that should average to a 3.7. Since Ken already know about this, kindly just be a little patient. Your rating should reset soon.

    At this point, I would advise that you send Ken a private message. He can manually reset your rating.
