    Interesting article. The sixth and last one ("you must first enjoy/have love for your forum") is certainly true. If you don't love the niche and the forum it is for, the burnout is going to happen hard and fast.

    Yes, indeed. I've tried running forums that I had only a mild interest in, and they were all epic fails. You've got to be truly passionate about the topic if the site is to have a chance.
