I requested a payment 3 days ago and I haven't received it yet!

    Hello,

    I requested a payment on Monday at 1:05 am, but haven't received it yet, I have read that payments are made in 48 hours or less but it's more than 48 hours since I requested the payment and I want to know, Is it normal? or what's happening? :(

    Hey Luis, it is my understanding @KenBrace handles that but he has been unusually busy with his studies so the latest payments have been delayed. It should be something temporary. You making this thread should get his attention so hopefully you will receive that payment soon enough.
