New Feature: You have subscribers to rate!

    I've just added two new features to help notify site owners that they have new subscribers to rate.

    The first thing I added was a number count in the side bar which states how many ratings are pending. This is displayed after the "Sites" item.

    The second addition was an alert banner at the top of the dashboard to let admins know that new ratings are pending.

    This will hopefully help admins to more frequently rate their subscribers.

    PS: In case you didn't already know, admins earn 3 credits for every subscriber they rate.

    Great new feature! I am getting all the updates, so I need to be catching up on rating some people.
