[NEW] Site Rules In Forum List

    A new bit of info has been made available via the Forums list. Clicking the down arrow on the left hand side of a site's listing will now display both the description and the list of rules. This was already available in the Subscriptions list but it can now be accessed directly from the Forums list itself.
