New WYSIWYG Editor For Description & Rules

    I've just implemented a new WYSIWYG editor for the two fields "Description" and "Rules". This will hopefully make it much easier to create a nice looking description and rule list for your site.

    It should be noted that special html characters (< > " ' &) do not process correctly so their use should be avoided. If you're description already has some of those characters then you should remove them before saving anything.
