No Money but, Why?

    I raised the request of money 4 days back haven't got anything? will someone tell me what's going on here? It was not the case before, I am surprised to see that, When I am going to get the amount? or do I need to send an email to someone?

    if there is any problem or may technical issue, Let us know. but don't do this, this is not at all professionalism
