Subscription status says OFF

    Is it normal for the subscription status to read OFF and for Posts count to show zero even through that's I've made ten posts?
    I realize it hasn't been 24 hours since I've made my tenth post in the Gateway forum, but this felt odd to me and thought I'd ask if it's normal.

    The post count does not update for your Gateway subscription. This information is available on your Gateway profile.

    Oh, I see. I take it that the Status is shown as OFF is also normal?
