    XenForo has updated to 2.0 so many forums may have updated, but probably no support on here.

    If there is a difference in upgrades of more than one level, then all the files are needed, not the upgrade. For instance, XF 15 to XF 2 might need all the files, but not XF 16 to XF 2.
