    Seeing how the community is rarely used, I figured writers and site owners could get to interact a bit more with a chit-chat thread.

    I went a programmer meetup today. Was pretty interesting. Met a few people. I'm interested in working for the company that sponsored it so hopefully it works out.

    LOL Kaynil, good idea for a thread. Kind of hard to keep up with it though. So much going on in the RT. Excellent idea though. Hopefully it will pick up. Wish the writers would utilize this area more though. Might help them out more with their ratings, or are they aware they can join in here and learn a few things? LOL Maybe there should be a notice to the writers in the near future letting them know, they can get great information by coming here and asking questions. Or just combine the two forums.

    Wow, it sounds like you run a very eventful life. Haha.

    I agree with you. I think it could be a fantastic motivator. Even when there are not enough communities to subscribe to, we can find a reason to visit the community. We can coach each other and keep learning. We can also make time to take it easy and relax. That many of us joined looking to make some income shouldn't be a deterrent to actually create an actual community here.

    Maybe as more threads start popping up, more people will feel more at ease striking a normal conversation around here. :)
