Where is the Gate way forum?

    I cannot locate the gateway forum on the list of forums as indicated on the instrunction. I have lost count of the posts I have made. Is there a place I can trace whether I have already hit the 10posts mark? Kindly but urgently advice.

    These instructions should be reviewed:
    Step 1: Click the "Forums" tab in the navigation bar. This will lead you to the forum list. The first item in the list is the Gateway. It will be pinned to the very top and will be highlighted, in bold text, and in large size to make it stand out. Go to the forum list =>

    Step 2: Click the green "plus" icon located at the right end of the listing. A drop down box should then appear.

    Step 3: Enter the "username" and "email" used to register at the Gateway. Once you have done this click "Submit".

    @Happyflowerlady, this is my screen shot of my dashboard list of forums? I'm not seeing the green button. Am i doing anything wrong.
    Anybody experiencing the same issue?

    You are looking at the main list of forums. On the far right, where it says "my Dashboard", click on that and it should show you if you are subscribed to the gateway.
    If it is not there, then you need to go back to the green gateway forum page, and follow all of the directions in the little box in the top right side corner.

    I have given up!! I have done some complex sign up! But this one seems not to be working! I have done all that you are saying!

    Yes, i did confirm the email. For the two forums both Support and Gateway.

    I think I may have found the issue. Does "The Gateway" show up in the forum list now?

    Apparently the Gateway was not being displayed to forum owners. I modified the code to change this.

    Yes, the posts you've made so far will be used in the approval process. Re-posting them is not necessary.
