Fruits have high content of nutrients for example: Vitamins, ions and fibre .These nutrients are needed in our bodies in small or large amounts.Nutritionists have backed the idea that, eating a fruit a day boosts immunity. Some nutritional elements in fruits also cure diseases.Fruits are cheaper than meat and fast foods and are found everywhere. My favorite fruits are: apples, bananas and tangerine.

Yes, fruits are very healthy. Apart from their vitamin and mineral pack, they also help in meeting weight loss goals. Example, Citrus fruits have a great dose of antioxidants that keeps the skin vibrant and helps boosts immunity as well.

I take fruit regularly. In fact, I enjoy eating fruits such as apples, guavas, oranges, bananas, pinappinea, pears, pawpaws, etc. because of their nutritional value.

Fruits are very vital to the body. I resolved seven years ago to make fruit an integral part of my diet. I discovered through research that constant intakes of fruit go a long way in building one's immune system.

Therefore, what I do is to vary the fruits in such a way that while I take them constantly, I will not feel bored of eating them morning, afternoon and evening.

I take fruit regularly because fruit is an important food for the growth of body cells. Fruit like papaya have the richness in vitamin C. Vitamin C guards the telomeres which is the protective caps on the ends of body DNA . The shorter your telomeres, the older your cells act and the more susceptible your body is to diseases like heart disease and cancer.

And through its seed our body communities can stop, and suppress the growth of cancer cells in the human body! So fruits is the great.

I take my fruits twice per day, 200grams in each serving. To enhance the absorption of the nutrients in the fruits, I leave a gap of at 30 minutes between a meal and a fruit snack.

To get more nutrients, I make a salad mixed with different fruits such as oranges, pineapple and melon.

Through my research, fruits should be eaten whole to enjoy their health benefits.
