What is the best way to loose weight?

    I am not a very fat person but I am gaining weight and I know that in the next 3 to 4 years I will gain a lot more weight due the kind of food I eat on a daily basis and it's not so easy to change my lifestyle.So please enlighten me on what is the best way to loose weight.

    Please don't feel like you have to give up your favorite foods, because you don't. Try going for long walks, frequently. I usually load some music in my player and go for a long walk in the evening. It's both healthy and enjoyable.

    You can also try spicing up your food. I hear red peppers aid in helping you lose weight. Try not to overdo it, though because too much heat, can be harmful to your body.

    I find that not having breakfast early, and not having dinner at all causes me to lose weight. If that would cause you discomfort, than working out is key. Stay away from fast food, since it is both unhealthy and will cause you to gain weight due to the large amounts of fat and sugar it contains. Some people also have naturally slow metabolism, which means that they would have to reduce the size and\or amount of their daily meals to lose weight.

    Whatever you do, don't bother with weight loss tea products because they are either unhealthy or don't work in my experience.

    Firstly, you said ("I will gain a lot of weight due to the kind of food I eat on a daily basis"). It will be helpful if you can tell us what kind of food are you eating. Generally speaking, avoid fast food, as @MBuzma mentioned, and energy drinks. Eat healthy food and consume a lot of vegetables and fruits. Also, since you predicted that you are going to be fat in the next 3 to 4 years, keep doing simple exercises daily to stay fit and burn calories, and don't forget to drink a good amount of water daily.

    Losing weight is a clear science. You know the basis. You keep things in order. You win.

    First, about your favourite food, Cloverz is right. You don't have to give it up. You just have to give up OTHERS. I mean you must know how much calories you take in everyday. It must not be more than the calories you spend.

    Second, burn the fat. We have to deplete the sugar stored in our muscle to activate the fat consuming mode of our body. This is when we need to work out. Don't do some light exercises for just 15 minutes. It is not enough for you body to to reach the mode. Work until you feel exhausted.

    I think you should find out yourself what the best way to lose weight for you is. Are you eating above average? Are you not hitting the gym? Find out the reason and correct your diet, work out time or anything you feel you need to improve.

    If you are eating above average:
    • Maintain a diet:
    • Eat Healthy; Don't chase your temptation (f.e. avoid junk food).
    • Try to eat more fruit and vegetables (eat your 5 a day).
    • At the same time as your diet, maintain activity, have a scroll in the park or a little jog daily to keep everything smooth and balanced.
    Also have a positive mind-set, if people call you over-weight, ignore them. You make yourself, you decide.

    In my opinion the best way to loose weight is running, because it is a very complete exercise to all parts of the body, apart from losing weight, it gives you other additional benefits as better health to your heart and better circulation. If running does not fit with you, you could try long walks with good music. It is a way to lose weight although is slow is very attractive and funny because you can listen music or even do it with someone else.

    Of course a good diet also helps you lose weight but I understand that habits are very difficult to change. At the end of all, you have to choose your own way because all people is different.

    If you want to lose weight then do this:
    1. Exercise regularly.
    2. Have a diet. ( Choose foods appropriately)
    3. Have patience. ( You will not lose weight so fast)
    4. Drink water 6-8 times a day.
    5. Don't take pills. Have a natural fitness like eating veggies, fruits and other nutritious foods.
    6. Have fun, don't force yourself.

    While, some people may think that skipping your meals can help you lose weight, I totally think otherwise. In fact, having a nutritious breakfast is an essential factor in shedding off those extra inches from your waistline.

    I love sweets and soda, but I really try and limit my intake. I have always managed to stay a healthy weight by drinking a lot of water and eating smaller portions or snacking small throughout the day. I have also heard to eat after 7pm can put the extra pounds on due to food not digesting as well after you are asleep. I have also never been a middle of the night eater, so I am not sure on the one. I think everyone has different things that work for them as an individual. I think a lot of things are based on your metabolism and genetics personally and that everyone needs a unique regimen to see what works for them.

    60% of your diet and 40% of physical activities contribute to your weight loss or gain regime . I have tried these practices for you can consider these:
    1. Have a glass of lukewarm water with honey and lemon early morning before breakfast.
    2. Cut down the consumption of deep fried items.
    3. Don't take carbohydrates or fats after 7pm
    4. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables
    5. Indulge in any of your favorite activity like dancing, playing, jogging etc.
    6. Last but not least keep stress at bay :)

    Choose at least four of the nutritionist- and fitness expert-backed tips that follow, and vow to work them into your schedule for seven days straight. If you feel ambitious, tack on a few more. The more you pick, the more weight you'll lose. If you start now, by this time next week, you'll look and feel way lighter.

    Trying to lose weigh is a very trying and very tedious thing to do. You have to set your mind to it and not let anything get in your way. Start by cutting back on your calories and light exercise. Every few days put more into your workout. If you rush yourself into it there is a good chance you will fail. Also, it helps if you take a before and after picture. It shows you how much just a few pound can change your whole look.

    I lost weight by just slowly reducing the amount of food I ate. I found that after a month, I was able to satisfy my hunger with about 2/3 of the food I used to eat. Exercise wasn't necessary but it would help, of course. Food is the main cause of gaining weight therefore, reducing the amount of food taken into the body would greatly reduce the amount of fat in your body. Make the correct choices and order grilled instead of fried, salad with no dressing, mashed potato instead of french fries and in no time, you'll be surprised how much weight you'll lose.

    The best way to loose weight is changing your habits, your eating habits, your exercises habits, and making it in a life style. I think the biggest problem is in our mind, and when we change those paradigms, and make a whole new life style, the job is done! And you just have to wait the results.

    Eating healthy and staying hydrated is the best way to lose weight. You don't have to give up your favorite foods, but you do have to eat them in moderation and maybe cut some other unhealthy foods out. Drinking a lot of water will make you feel fuller and therefore calm your appetite so you don't overeat.

    Do what I do and you will definitely lose weight swiftly.

    1. Eat less, drink water more. The purpose of drinking water is to replenish our dehydrated cells, which is usually why the body is craving for food: your body needs the fluids from the food as sustenance, and by drinking water, you are providing the need directly to your body.

    2. Exercise! It's not really that hard once you get used to it, you just have to gradually go at it until you find your rhythm. First do just 5 minutes a day of running, then 10 next week, then 20, then 50. All gradual increases, and you will not feel pressured or rushed when you are toning down your body figure.

    3. Get a good night's sleep! Sleep is very important in regenerating damaged body parts, as well as it gives your body to digest food, and your mind to release stress from your body. It makes sure that tomorrow when you wake up, you feel energized and ready for another round of exercising at the gym.

    Trust me it works, I have lost 10 kg in 2 weeks because of it, and I feel better every single time I lose weight. I breathe easier, I sleep better, I walk faster, and I am in a generally cheerful mood because of the endorphins being released by your brain after exercising. It's great!
