This thought never crossed our minds not until this recently concluded season. Sansa Stark is portrayed to be a very fragile character in the early seasons of the series. She is the epitome of a well-mannered high born lady who easily trusts everyone and somehow believes that the world is consisted of only rainbows and unicorns. Someone who believes in love at first sight and sparks in the background like a well choreographed Disney movie after the lovers would kiss. But everything changed this last season.

We can see this new breed of Sansa smiling in the dark just after she fed Ramsay Bolton to his own hounds. We can see her wanting to win a war and wanting more than she wanted in her life. We can see her planning and scheming things with the characters we can trust the least like Littlefinger. We can see her hiding things from Jon, her half-brother which she didn't do when they were younger. We can see that her smile doesn't reach her eyes anymore and she now wore a resting bitch face rather than an empty and defeated one during the earlier seasons. We are seeing a toughened Sansa and it is frightening to think sometimes that this new breed already forgot what family and love is, what compassion and emphaty is because of the too horrendous things she encountered.

We cannot blame her for her new identity but what we can do is at least still have this tiniest hope in our hearts that Sansa is still a full blooded Stark thay knows where her loyalty truly lies.

Sansa has always wanted to be queen. After losing Winterfell to Jon, a bastard who the Northerners have sworn their fealty to, I bet that she'll be plotting with Littlefinger to get back Winterfell from Jon so she can be Wardeness of the North and if the cunning Baelish is to be believed she can be Queen after she gets what's rightfully hers (and it certainly is since Jon is a Targaryen).

Of course all these characters don't know that Dany is coming to Westeros to reclaim her father's throne. All the scheming will all be for naught but I suppose by then Sansa will have betrayed Jon which would force him to ally with the Dragon Queen so together they can fight and defeat the White Walkers who are his primary concern.
