What was your first video game console? For me, my first video game console was a PS2 Fat not slim. I remember it was an amazing console. I had many games. I'd probably have like 40 games right now if I didn't sell my games to GameStop (TIP: Never sell games to Gamestop; they pay 2 dollars for the game and sell it for 35 dollars). One game series I really liked was Sly Cooper . That PS2 broke after that the slim came out, so I bought it. That ps2 broke. So I got another one. And guess what that one is the one I have today. That is the story of my first console. What is yours?

My first console was an Atari with pacman on it. Then I got a NES (Nintendo Entertainment System) i played Mario, Pong, Chip and dale, Zelda and the rest of the classics. I then got a Sega Mega Drive 2 and played the brilliant Mortal Kombat, Sonic the hedgehog and Streets of rage.
After that my brother and i got the first playstation also known as psx. I also had a Gameboy Pocket, Gameboy Advanced and PSP. I own most consoles and those I don't I use emulators to run them. I don't own the new generation consoles (ps4,xbox one or wii U) or the previous generation (ps3, xbox360,wii)

My first video game console was a Super Nintendo. I have such wonderful memories of playing those old games with my aunt who has since passed away. Today, I'm not much of a video game player. I enjoy card and board games but video games don't typically hold my interest as long as they do for most people.

My first Gaming Console was PS2 Slim. I had modchip installed on it and was using uLaunchELF and OPL to play games. After 2-3 years I stopped playing games on it and installed Linux on it. I had a very fun time playing games on my PS2.

My first console was Atari. Atari had some cool games like Pac-man. Now those were the days. Nintendo, then Xbox, then PS4, are the few we have now. There have been some really great games like Mario Brothers. Mario Party Racing was cool. I wish they would come out with some new really cool games. Lately, there hasn't been much. I wonder what is going to be the next new thing? I wish they would put out some more new games. Like come on, it has been a while now. Can't they do anything better?

Mine was the fat ps2. I loved it. It broke and then I got the slim one. I played it all the time.

I had an Atari back in the day, my brother and I got it for Christmas one year. It had really chunky cartridges that you loaded into the top, and the joystick was literally just a box with a stick on it, and either one or two (I can't remember for sure) orange buttons.

Back in the day, that was all. And you only needed one hand to play!

Next I got a mega drive and I remember thinking then that the two handed controller (left hand for direction, right hand for shoot and jump) really was tricky!

To be honest, the Mega drive was probably my limit. Anything beyond that is just too advanced for me!

My first ever console was the Nintendo DSi Lite. I passed unimaginable hours playing on it, with games like Cooking Mama, Nintendogs & Friends and Mario Kart.

However, thanks to it, I also discovered Pokemon to which I'm really addicted and play everyday. It's safe to say I have a serious fetish with Pokemon now.

This will tell my age, but my first console was an Atari. Back then it was considered high tech. Those blips on the screen kept my sister and I enthralled many days. We could have never imagined how far video games would advance. I played on my kids' Playstation, but now they're on to the Xbox one. I don't even attempt to bother with that.

The first console I ever had was an old Nintendo. Those were definitely the days when you could sit back and play the old 8 bit graphics. Back then it was all about either the next game or playing with your buddy over the weekend. Would not mind revisiting those days.

It is rather amazing how far they have come in such a short amount of time. It only took about three or so decades to get where we are now. That said is there any more for room for improvement these days.

A Super NES! That was in 1998, I think? That means the N64 was already around, but I didn't care about not having the newest Nintendo—the fact that I had any console was amazing enough!

I proceeded to play Super Mario World for a long, long time. Lots of fond—even if often frustrating, since I was never able to finish the game—memories there! I still listen to the soundtrack sometimes... "Overworld" is such a catchy track!

My first game console was Atari 2600. I was playing games before Nintendo or Play Station 2. I remember the great times family and friends would have with such a basic console and games included. They were basic 8-bit games, but were simple and fun. I can still find some of these systems at flea markets.

My first console was a Sega Master System. My parents bought it thinking that it was superior to the NES. It kept me very entertained for months, but soon I ran into a serious problem: the Master System had very few games! Even though it had better graphics than the NES, the Master System had far, far fewer games. My dad bought me a Sega Genesis later, and that was my last console. After the Genesis, I started playing only PC games, and I continue to do so today.

My First Gaming Console was a PSP (Play Station Portable). My Father Bought it for me and I loved it and I carried it everywhere because it was potable of course. It kept me occupied and Entertained all the time. It no longer had times where I was bored because I was constantly on it. I was never bored because the PSP had a lot of games that was fully compatible with it, so I used to save my allowance money and buy new games as soon as the game I was currently playing was about to finish.

My very first console (that I actually owned) was a NEC Turbograx16, it came with only 3 games (Keith courage, Blazing lazer and a Volleyball game), and we could never find more games for it, yet it was an awesome console which made me spend countless hours in front of the tv, then I had a N64, no complains about this one either (it's still working actually) Later on i met the love of my console gaming life, the SEGA Dreamcast, an outstanding machine in every aspect, it held almost 24/7 gaming sessions for almost 4 years until it broke. I remember playing Shenmue I & II on it and a lot of other excellent games, after that, I had a nintendo Gamecube, a really good machine, but games were kind of expensive, after that I couldn't keep buying consoles, so I stuck to my roots, PC for gaming.

My first and only one console was a Super Nintendo. It was a special day in 1995, when I arrived from school and my dad made a good surprise with that amazing video game and I felt very happy. He said that I deserved because I had been a good son. Super NES was the most wished video game in that time, so I always invited my neighbors to play in my home. My favorite game in that console is Top Gear 3000 because it has a fun versus mode which allows four people to play in the same display. Moreover, that game has a futuristic designer with modern cars and advanced technologies.

After 10 years, I unfortunately sold my console because of financial problems. Today, however, I usually play some games in a emulator during university recess.
