Do you have a favorite exercise or certain type of workout that is your favorite, or that has worked best for you? I have tried just walking, that doesn’t seem to do much for me. I have tried just jogging. After about a week or two I can start to tell the difference and seem to feel the most affects from jogging. It really lifts my spirits and keeps me positive when I can keep up with a jogging routine. So I guess I would say that jogging is my favorite. Is it good to add weight lifting to jogging?

It just seems like with all the articles on the internet these days I always read articles that contradict what the others are saying. So it just doesn’t really seem to give me any answers as to what is the best type of exercise to tone your body or get your body back into shape. People say just walking will help, but when I am walking I really don’t feel it in my body. I always feel that if the workout hurts then it is more than likely working.

Because I suffer from Neuropathy, there are not a lot of exercises that I can do. I can ride a stationary bike for a period of time, but walking or jogging are out of the question. I've recently discovered chair aerobics and it's amazing! I've lost muscle tone all over and this is helping me to get some of that back again.

You can type in 'chair aerobics' on youtube and their are a variety of videos to choose from. You'll actually work up a sweat.

I exercise regularly as in in a daily basis. I attempted distinctive sorts of activities like Taebo and Aerobics. However, it made me feel drained and made my muscle hurt. Obviously that is typical yet I loath it til I quit doing it. At that point I attempted another activity which is dancing. I really love dancing and I enjoy doing it any time of the day, then I thought why not do dancing rather than other exercise to lose those pounds and be fit? At that point I began doing it. I scrutinized some dancing lessons and I stumble into Cardio Hip Hop Dancing and that is the point at which I began dancing each and every day for at least 30-45 minutes.

I'm doing it for quite some time now, probably 2-3 months and I can say that it truly helped me to stay active and lively and help me keep up a decent weight. Particularly, I don't decrease my intake of food so I really need a decent exercise for me to have an ideal weight and maintain a good shape.

All kinds of exercises are beneficial for human body. But, if you want to distinct between them in terms of rigorous effects in burning calories then aerobics is the perfect. It helps you burn more calories in limited time.
I will prefer to do jogging or walking at the speed of 3 mph for 1 hour a day in morning or evening. You can easily burn 200 calories in hour and feel less tired. It is effective for people of all ages.Otherwise, yoga is not a bad idea to consider but under a proper trainer.

All exercise is good for the body and necessary on a daily basis. Any moderate amount of exercise is a win-win for the mind, body and soul. My favorite exercises are weight bearing, dynamic tension and rebounding. Rebounding is my absolute favorite. Bouncing for health, longevity and fitness is fun, revitalizing and energizing.

The benefits of rebounding are fantastic. What an easy way to live disease free. Your bones and joints can be strengthened. You will experience a full body detox through your blood and lymphatic system. Rebounding improves your immune, endocrine and cardiovascular systems. Your balance and posture are also improved. Reduction in ugly cellulite is a great benefit which in itself will make you look younger too. All in all, rebounding is a FUN way to stay fit, look great and live relatively pain free. Just make sure you get the best equipment, do your research well.

If I'm using equipment I would say that my favorite exercise would be working out on the elliptical. The elliptical reminds me of a bicycle. It gives me a full body workout. This machine works out the arms, legs , and even stomach. If you dnt want to physically ride a bike around the neighborhood, this gives you that type of feel without having to do that. I love it's simplicity. You can go at your own pace whether that's fast or slow depending on the type of workout that you're looking for. Whenever I'm bored or really want a nice quick workout, I'll put my music on and workout on it for about 45 minutes.

Answering to Stormy Barsten - My experience with taking up sports are quite wide. I have to admit that I tried a lot of forms of activity. Certainly, my first choice was a gym. But crowds gyms and being quite anonymous at the gym made me feeling, that I should find something else. Then, my friend asked me if I can go with her to a newly open pole dance studio! Guess what? Surprisingly, it was a love at the first sight. I didn't expect that this form activity appeals to me. I highly recommend to try pole dance. I am now much stronger, never get bored by exercises and found the classes constantly as challenge. What's more I am feeling now even more confident, so plenty of profits.
