Someone described himself that if it is the kind of religion that can make him feel extraordinary, then it is KINDNESS.The religion that is ever leading, that has pretty beauty of love and understanding towards one another. This beauty is far much worthy made of actions rather than words. It is not by use of body make-ups and long hairs!

Basically, I am a Roman Catholic. My father's side is a Pentecost and my mother's side are Roman Catholic. When I was still a baby, I did not undergo baptism because there was a conflict to my family's different religions. When I started my junior highschool, I became conscious to my spiritual life at a very young age. I started to read articles that says a person can never enter to the heaven if he/she is not baptized. So out of guilt and fear, I convinced my grand mother to have an appointment with our priest in our school since I am studying in a prestigious catholic school. She agreed and have me baptized in our church which is a walking distant from our school.

Since then, I became confident with my life. I became confident in a sense that I can enter already to heaven when I die and I will never go to Limbo. Limbo is a place where all the unbaptized person are thrown and abandoned, obviously I do not want to be thrown there.

I am not of Catholic origin but of Christian. Being a Christian bears upon a person many responsibilities and freedoms and luxuries. For example, one has the responsibility of giving their heart to God and Jesus Christ. We also believe that one could communicate with the holy spirit (God) and Jesus Christ directly through prayer. It is believe that the holy spirit and Jesus Christ would never abandon you as long as one has faith in the two and restricts the sins in which they commit. Baptism is highly encouraged in our religion as it is believe that through baptism that one gains a closer relationship to the holy spirit and Jesus Christ. But even without baptism, the holy spirit and Jesus could still hear your prays.

Other restrictions in our religion is to prohibit from stealing from others, slaying of another human being, honesty, faithful and etc. Freedoms which are offered in the Christian community is the freedom of the heart, assistance of the Christian community when in need, and most importantly, developing a relation with our creator and Jesus Christ. There is hell in Christianity but it only belongs to those who had committed great acts of sin and haven't established a connect with our creator and Jesus. This is simply the idea of being Christian and I by no means, have intentions in offending anyone. Thank you for your understanding.

I am a Catholic since birth. My parents and grannies from both sides were also Catholics and hence I started following the faith.I was baptized while in primary school and confirmed while at the university.Going through the religious teachings was fun and encouraging.

Though a nice religion,I have faced criticism from friends who are protestants. The main reason being, many Catholics do not live to the teachings of the church. They smoke and take alcohol.

I am a Pagan and this is something that I chose on my own. My mothers family is Catholic and my biological fathers family is Catholic as well. My adopted fathers family is Mennonite Christian. I chose to be Pagan when I was around 15 years old. I was never comfortable with either religions that I was taught and through exploring other things I found that Paganism was what I was most happy and comfortable with. My parents weren't all too thrilled with it when I was younger, but as time has passed they've mostly accepted it and as long as I don't wave things around in their faces they're fine with it.
