Sometimes i ask myself what my purpose trully is in this life. When i look at life i feel like its a constant routine. To wake up,to go to work or school,to eat,to meet up with friends or make new acquintances,to sleep and do the same thing all over again with little change in your routine.Sometimes i tend to think that there is more to life than just going with the flow. That each one of us is still alive to serve our purpose in life.Do you know your purpose on this earth? If so how does it guide you to be a better person and live a fulfilling life?

I believe our purpose in life changes daily to the events and people around us. Some situations require us to be compassionate, or brave, or firm and sharing our life experiences with others. I truly believe you get what you put out in life and I think our purpose is to make life a little kinder and better for the ones we leave behind. I just strive to be a little better and a little wiser each day and to always live with an open heart.

We decide our own purpose. I am of the opinion that our purpose in life is to make an impact. Whether it be a small personal thing such as cheering up a friend going through a hard time or something more altruistic such as giving a huge donation to a charity, I think that we exist to affect the world, and the people in it. Some may be familiar with the concept of the butterfly effect: the smallest flap of a butterfly's wings may cause a tornado elsewhere. I think that us being born and living in itself have affected many others' lives, even unintentionally. Therefore its our purpose to deliberately take actions that will make an impact on other people, be it positive or negative.

That is a very good question. I believe everyone of us has asked themselves that question at some point in our lives. Well as for me, I was so surprised that I had been carrying the answer all along with me and I didn't even realize it.

The answer is perfectly written somewhere in between the pages of a book that I believe every Christian family owns. THE BIBLE. It is so valuable, that it has been given a verse of it's own. In Ecclesiastes 12:13 the Bible says," After all this, there is only one thing to say: have reverence for God, and obey his commands, BECAUSE THIS IS ALL THAT HUMAN BEINGS WERE CREATED FOR." (Good News Version)

This as Paul comes to explain later in 1 Corinthians 10:31 means that whatever you do, whether you eat or drink, do it all for God's glory. Therefore, on my part I believe that our sole purpose in life is to ensure that we please God in all activities. Thank you.

Personal life purpose depends on the individual. Whether becoming the richest man in the word or the most helpful person. I myself personally doesn't really know my purpose in this world and it makes me feel a bit lost. All I know is that human's purpose in general is to procreate. To scatter your seeds all over the world.

I'm not really sure what is my purpose in this life but I do believed that there must be a purpose. Maybe my purpose in this life to become a good wife to my husband, to be a loving mother to my kids, to served God, to live life in the fullest, and to become an employee and a business woman at the same time. I must say maybe God gave me intelligent to make my life comfortable and having a good income because I have a poor sister that needs my help when she is have financial problems. The same to my brother as well. Someday if I got very sick, maybe that was the purpose of God to me so he can see how strong my faith is. That's my opinion about the purpose of life, for now I just want to enjoy it since life is short.

The purpose of life is the life of purpose. The purpose of my life is to do good to other's. To be a good son to my parents and to help them when they need me. To have a family soon and be a responsible husband to my future wife. Life is full of purpose and I know there are things that I can't explain about my purpose in life, but I know one thing. I will live my life to fullest and make my life more admirable to others.

After all is said regrading the purpose of life. If I tell you, that nature did'nt create you keeping in mind a specific purpose for you. What if it does'nt giveaway purposes on individual basis to everyone. Even if you eventually recognize your purpose of life and take on to fulfill that. Now it's fulfilled, so what after that?
You took on another purpose or extention of the previous one. It's also completed now.. after that?

Ask yourself these questions before taking anything as your purpose of life cause any purpose or reason you give to your life may suck the fun out of it.

Life is not a journey, it is playful like a piano or dance or music. The purpose of it is not to reach the destination but to enjoy what's happening meanwhile. Otherwise the one to reach the destination early would be the winner.

Hope the answer helped you. :)

If you carefully observe nature around you everything happens for a reason here. Rivers originate from mountains and flow irrigating the lower grounds where trees grow and upon flowering pollination occurs with the help of bees without which we will not be able to consume the vegetables and fruits we are consuming today. Einstein apparently said that “If the bee disappeared off the face of the Earth, man would only have four years left to live.”

Meaning is that nature is connected through every sources and life forms it created and we are a part of it not apart from it. It runs in harmony amongst all its constituents and eliminates anything that causes a disturb in it. It made us all for a purpose and that purpose is embedded within ourselves we need not look outside for it. If you want to avoid the fatigue involved in finding that outside and want to get your answers to get a life of peace just by being where and as you are now, Simply meditate.

There really isn't a predetermined way to live our lives. Because I believe that when you lead a passionate life you are living your life on purpose. And thus the thought that you only have one purpose is nonsense. It is best just to embrace the idea that our purpose in life is to love life fully. That is, to love and let what makes you soulfully happy to guide you.

This is a beautiful answer to the question. I believe that our ultimate purpose falls under a Biblical purpose, but individuals’ purposes are more refined. For example, I believe my mission or purpose is to share the Word of God through fiction writing. I show the application of the scriptures through engaging children's and adult fiction.

I do not believe our personal missions or purposes change daily, but I do think that each day, we gain skills or build knowledge that will be used to fulfil our ultimate missions. For example, I didn't start out writing fiction. I gained writing and research skills as I worked toward my college degrees. Then, I became an editor, and I learned how to create dynamic, engaging, grammatically-correct sentences, paragraphs, documents, etc. I learned as much as I could about fiction by editing others' fiction works and reading books on fiction writing. Finally, I began writing and illustrating. Every day, we gain skills and knowledge. Each job and lesson builds on the last, preparing us for our ultimate purpose.

I find this question very timely and important in this generation. As a student, I also feel that life is just too cliche. I mean, I always find myself doing the same things and routines everyday. Some teenagers like me, as I've observed, doesn't really care about their lifestyle and their purpose in living. Actually, if you ask this question to at least a hundred teenagers nowadays, you'll be lucky enough to find at least 10 good answers (and that's based on my observation).

I do believe, as a person, that our purpose in life differs. As a relation to the Multiple Intelligence's theory, I do believe that each of us has a unique purpose based on our skills and capabilities. And so, I don't believe that there's only one purpose in living.

Well honestly I don't know yet. I'm still looking for my purpose in life. I'm living because I have no choice. I'm living because I want to, but actually my purpose in life right now are still for my parents and brothers. I'm still connected with them. I'm older enough but still don't have any responsibilities on my own except them. All I want to do right now is to enjoy my life, travel, meet some friends, drink some beers, work, sleep. eat. These are my routines and I'm really tired of these routines. I love to travel, I usually do this once every month with my friends, and it's really fun. It's really hard to know your purpose in life in a simple explanation. The only thing I know to find my purpose is to travel more because that is my passion. Maybe one day hopefully, I will find my purpose in life while doing the things I like.

We were created by God because we have purpose in life. I live because I believe in the following:

    1. Live to express my love to my parents, siblings, spouse and children. At the same time to feel their love for me.

    2. I live to serve people. I am a Public Servant who share my ability to help others become empower and God fearing.

    3. I live to be free. God has given me the freedom to do what is right forme and for others.

We are given one life only so we must know our purpose in living in the world. It is still better to live in a quiet and peaceful life.

Some people say, "You will definitely know your purpose of existence in life when you experience life after death" and "Your purpose is to have reverence for God, and obey his commands because this is all human beings are created for."
Honestly, I don't know my purpose of existence in this life but I still believe that someday I'll discover my real purpose in this world because we cannot say that our purpose is only to worship and thank GOD for all the gifts he has bestowed upon us and also care for his creations. I think that there is a more significant reason or purpose of existence in life like refurbishing a person. I'm still in the process of revealing until I discover and realize the things.

"The purpose of life is not to learn from everything but rather it is to learn from every single walk of life and put that knowledge into practice in the pursuit of making human life a little better" -Abhijit Naskar

I believe my purpose is to serve, to show compassion and the will to help others by using my God given abilities , gifts and talent. There is no greater life than a life devoted to serving humanity with what we have no matter how small it may look as a sign of love to God and all his creation. In this life there is only one true happiness and that is to love and to be loved because being loved by someone else gives us strength and by loving others it gives us courage. Love is the ultimate purpose for all mankind.

I have no idea. Is there a purpose in our lives at all? God put us all 7 billion of us here, vulnerable, with no knowledge on what to do. Yet, most of us follow the norm: study, work, grow old, and that's it. I'd like to believe that I was put here to help people, show love and kindness, heal this world from hatred. However, I grew up being told that if I can't even take care of myself, how am I going to even help others? I was told I could barely handle myself because I used to always complain about stress.

I'm certain that many people have it worse, and I would like to help. I hope that this is my purpose in life; I hope that someday I'll be free enough to share the love with the world.

To live life to the fullest. We only have one life and we don't really know what will happen after that. So, might as well do the things that you love, challenge yourself, achieve your dream and the most important of all, have fun in the process.

Don't forget to be with your family, they also have limited time too. My father recently died while working for years on another country. He supported me until I finished my college. My biggest regret would be to atleast show him my graduation and to show him in person his grandson. He died before I graduate and he didn't see my son in person. I really hoped and believe that there will be a heaven. That someday, we will meet again and will tell him an awful lot of things that happened.

Life purpose changes as you change in understanding of you and the world. As you mature, your life purpose matures, because your relationship to life is better understood.

Our number one priority in life is our children. Beyond that, its ourselves. We owe it to our loved ones to do our best to survive life. Its a personal responsibility of the highest order. Beyond our priorities of caring for our children then ourselves, we as humans need to care for others as a means of survival as a race. To last hundreds of thousands of years we had to care for each other.

There is a tree involved in every seed, even though the seed is not aware of it. Similarly, every human being has come to this planet with a specific purpose, but most of them fail to realize the real purpose of their life. You have to ask yourself constantly why you are born and I am sure you will get the answer, because the answer is within your Self. Those who find the answer realize their purpose and fulfill the tasks assigned to them. Those who miss the chance miss an amazing life.
