All game companies release their games mainly for console or PC.
Games like red redemption, skyrim and destiny is only released on PC or ps4 and Xbox.
I use PC for playing video games, and the graphics is cool once your video card is high.
But console depends on TV display quality ,that's why PC is better than console.

The video quality of PC's vary widely. It all depends on what type of GPU (Graphics Processing Unit) you use. If you want good graphics for you PC, you will need a video card which is a dedicated GPU that works as an expansion card. It is far superior to on-board graphics that are typically on CPUs.

Generally speaking, a PC will have better graphics than that of a console. However, if price is a big determining factor, then a console will probably be better. This is because console manufacturers can buy large amounts of hardware for really cheap, this allows the overall price to be lower than if you were to buy individual parts and build your own PC.
