I have an app idea but I don't know how to make it, so I want to hire someone to make it and then they can send it to me so that I can publish it. Is it possible ?

Yes, It is possible to make an app with the help of a developer. You will have to tell him/her the settings, design of the app and android version compatibility. After the development of the app, You can easily add up in the Android app store. If you wish to provide advertisements on your app and have a daily users on it, then you could earn decent income through your app.

Yes, it's possible. If your app is complex, be prepared to cough up a significant amount of cash. Be clear about what you want for your app, or else you might end up with something you don't want. Always regularly communicate with the person you've hired during the development process. You also have to pay even more money if you want to put your app up on Google Play (Android) and the App Store (iOS). Good luck.

It can work, just hire some programmer. Go to some online classifieds, put an ad on Craigslist, or just make enquires locally. Make sure the person is a professional though. I don’t see why it wouldn’t work, but you may have to pay the guy.

Like baasil999 says, you can definitely hire a freelancer, whether through fiverr, Upwork, or PeoplePerHour. These are all good options. Do you know any programmers? Perhaps they could do it for you, or at least maybe know someone who could. The most important thing to do here is just ask. Ask everyone. Someone will have an answer for you.

However, with all of these options, especially, as flowgard mentions, it's a complex app, you'll have to pay a large sum of money. Programming an app isn't easy.

But, you can learn how. Which brings me to my foremost suggestion: do it yourself. There are a number of easy-to-use, even no code, app builders. Appy Pie is one for simple apps. If you want to go a little more complex, try Expo. Or do a Google Search for 'easy app builder' or 'no code app builder' or 'how to build an app'. You're bound to find something if you do a little research.

There are app development companies that specialize in developing apps based on clients ideas. If you have a great idea for an app, you can have them create it for you at a price. Since you'll be spending money to develop the app, you'll want to make your money back.

So I suggest that before doing something like this, make sure you have a solid system that will promote the app for you. It would be a complete waste of money if the app were to end up overshadowed in the app store as a result of lack of promotions.

Normally people who contract app development companies to make apps for them, are people who already have businesses with customers in place.

You are on the same situation I was in before so let me give you a couple of advice if your idea really good you should seek professional trusted companies to do it for you or high rated trusted member of one of the knows freelancer sites mentioned above, that way you will protect your idea from being stolen because if you handed your idea to just anyone and it was really worth it then there might be a chance of it get stolen. By the way, if your idea is just normal and traditional one it might be better and much cheaper to buy a source code and have someone reskin it for you.
