I also think so, it's like a sleeping song ;). If in my country it is called ninabobo song. I also think so, it's like a sleeping song. If in my country it is called ninabobo song. The name is weird right? Otherwise the name of the ninabobo has its own story, but it's more to the horror story. That is my opinion. Do you know ninabobo? :)

Sometimes I can't fall asleep unless I'm listening to music. I fall asleep and the music keeps playing until morning and sometimes after that I can't hear well for a few hours.

I certainly do not listen to music while i sleep. I would like my intake of the subconscious mind to only be
the things i project upon myself on a daily basis, you never know what you will hear ,that would make you change the
station or song when you wake up the next morning and really having no idea to what you subject your self to
and being and emotional wreck in the morning not knowing that "Aint no sunshine was played in a loop three times
back to back from some heartbroken caller while you were trying to jam out to the oldies while you slept.
though i am not perfect. I am guilty of needing a good tv or show to put me to rest which could seem quite similar of the two
but at least i can close my eye's so its only half as bad give or take some commercials i find that nick at night is a pretty
safe bet to rest comfortably in danger of waking up to spongebob squarepants in the morning could be worse right?

I used to listen to all kinds of music or even the radio to help me keep my mind of things to fall asleep.

I cannot listen to music while I am sleeping. I have to have things a certain way before I go to sleep. I use the sound of a fan to sleep or an app with heavy rain. White noise is an app that I found on the google play store that works great for sleeping.

Music is my best buddy especially at lonely nights and the soothing nature of the night makes it very lovely listening to music till sleep takes over.

Sometimes, I seem to have difficulty sleeping at night. I don't know if it's medically related, yet to go for medical clarification but the only thing that temporary cures the sleepless night for me is cool music at the dead of the night.

Blues or pop music does the magic well for me with utmost effect in about 30 minutes listening to such music calms all my nerves and let sleep kick in. I simply can't do without music at night.

A good instrumental is sorta magic on there's ear aint it. If aint is a word, though music without lyrics is the best way
to get to feeling of doing a john Travolta diddy bop down the lane, i once woke up head bobbing to some heavy metal
easy listening just might be one of the keys to easy sleeping.

When i was younger in my early teens, i always listened to music before since it helped me relax and made me much easier to fall asleep, but overtime i started having regular headaches which was due to leaving earplugs in my ear and the music kept playing overnight.

Yes, I listen to music while I'm sleeping it helps me relax and fall asleep fast. It works well with my son too. If he is relaxed and sleeps quietly then I can relax too. All though some say if you listen to music, some parts of your brain will stay alert all night and may cause an increase in heart rate resulting in wakefulness. Well, I guess it depends on the individuals, some may like to sleep with music like me, and some may not comfortable with it.

This is exactly me! I did this (listening to music while asleep) till it became a habit I had to drag myself out of. However, I'm not averse to doing it once in a while; just that it's no longer an addiction. At least, I now know I'm not alone in this as I used to think.

Even as I type right now, I'm considering doing it once again; the play list music I'm listening to is a special one.

Music helps me sleep too. But sometimes it can be a little distracting. I remember having a cool dream sometime ago where I found myself hanging out with Katy Perry who happens to be one of my best singers of all time. I believe her song was playing from the speakers at that moment and then all of a sudden I lost her. Some old hippie song from the 70's came on and I found myself smoking in a strange room alone, in my dream of course. I felt like punching my little brother for putting that song on my playlist.

Music is a beautiful thing and I believe everyone should experience it at least once a day by listening. Don't get me wrong but, some songs coming out these days isn't worth anyone's time listening to.

I may listen to some music before bed, but I generally do not fall asleep to it. I used to be able to fall asleep to it when I was much younger, but now I need complete silence and darkness to sleep. I also used to fall asleep to relaxation tapes (as they were called back then). But, those were usually sounds of whales, waterfalls, or thunderstorms, and the like.

I can pick myself for this act way back when i was still pretty much younger,i bet i can barely even shut my eyes then without the sound of a cool soft tune.It actually was a soothing experience as everything around me then just seem peaceful, calm and even serene.
I still put up such attitude even up till now because most times finding sleep when one is really stressed out can be a tough fight but then the music surely do the magic.

I used to put some music for my girl to sleep at night. Now that practice is gone, as story time has replaced that :). But I will listen to melody songs if I don't get sleep for long time after going to bed.

There are different ways one can derive peace of mind from such as playing games, hanging out with friends, watching movies and most importantly listening to music.

Being addicted to music goes beyond just listening to them but finding solace in every beat, every sound, every bit of the lyrics deriving comfort in your comfort zone. So at those time am depressed or couldn't find comfort in my bed, music becomes the only way out.
