Your not the only one who stop drinking coffee. I'm a coffee addict before but I stop drinking coffee when I develop hyper acidity. I feel better now unlike before where I will drink and had an attack aftwerds. I can feel my body's shaking and my head is aching and I feel nauseous. It feel awful.I got tempted once in a while but I just choose to drink tea.

I try to limit myself to one coffee per day. I'm talking about one good coffee, like a cafe latte, not an instant coffee. There is a few reasons I try to limit this. One is that I feel jittery if I have too many coffee's, and as someone with pre existing anxiety, that's the last thing that I need. Two, I hate the feeling of having an increased heart rate as can sometimes happen with coffee. The third reason I will simply leave at this, irritable bowel syndrome.
On this topic, I am intrigued by coffee practices in different countries. I'm in Australia and from what I see on television, coffee shops seem to be different in America. It seems like there the coffee is already made into big jugs and each coffee is made from these. Does coffee made in this manner have the same amount of caffeine as a cappuccino made in Australia? Also, what is creamer?

As an Asian, I don't drink coffee on regular basis except when it's too cold in December and January. On the contrary, I take one cup of tea on daily basis. Tea seems to be the fix for Asians instead. Thousands of research has been produced clearly stating that tea without milk is quite beneficial that's why Chinese do drink different types of green tea multiple times in a day and are more healthy than other Asian who intake milk tea

Yes! I am so dependent to coffee that I feel uneasy whenever I don't drink coffee. I tried to lower my caffeine intake by using smaller a small cups. I also drink water before and after drinking coffee.

Coffee has also health benefits. Just make sure that you consume the right amount everyday. :)

I am a certified coffeeholic. I consumed coffee twice or thrice a day. Lately, I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and my doctor advice me to stop drinking coffee. After hearing my doctor's advice, I feel like my life has ended. Sometimes if smell the aroma of coffee, I am drooling to the point that I can't help but buy coffee to my favorite coffee shop. Although I know it was cheating but sometimes I can't control myself. Yes indeed coffee is my guilty pleasure.

I really enjoy coffee. The darker and bolder the roast the better. Interestingly enough I drink it much more for the taste than the jolt of caffeine although I'm not a fan of decaffeinated lol! I can drink coffee at any part of the day. Even if I drink it in the late evening it doesn't effect my sleep. as a matter of fact, if I drink coffee right before bedtime I tend to wake up less groggy. Coffee is a natural vasodilator which helps me keep my asthma under control without the constant use of a fast acting inhaler like Albuterol.

I love coffee, but as I get older, I lessen the intake of coffee. Now, I only drink coffee once every 3 months.

Health is more important to me now, instead of drinking coffee, I drink water or ginger tea because I think it is more healthier.

GREAT NEWS for all of us coffee lovers! The World Health Organization (WHO) has taken coffee OFF the list of possible carcinogens! Not only that, but moderate coffee consumption (three-to-four cups per day) is believed to lengthen a person's lifespan! In a June 2016 report, the WHO went on to claim that coffee is potentially protective against cancer of the uterus and liver. Other recent studies have discovered that coffee drinkers may have a reduced risk of other cancers as well as Parkinson’s disease, type 2 diabetes, and cardiovascular disease (including heart attack, heart failure, and stroke). It's a GOOD THING! (Just watch the sugar and cream!)

I drink coffee, I like its taste and effect. By the way it is morning here and I'm having a cup of coffee now. I drink 3 cups of coffee a day. I have no problem with my blood pressure, so I have no health reason to change my habit.

If you don't want to drink caffeine, you should try decaf coffees. The flavour is the same, but it doesn't contain caffeine.

I no longer drink coffee. I used to drink everyday thinking I needed it to make it to work by 7am. I ran out one day and being that I was busy I just went without. That's when I realized I felt no different without the caffeine in my system. From that day forward I decided coffee was just a waist.

First off, I'd like to congratulate you on your successful journey to a coffee-free lifestyle! I know from personal experience, that it's quite a hard task! I drink coffee every morning and have tried to stop in the past but was unsuccessful. Completing such a difficult task requires a strong willpower, which is anything but boring! You should definitely be proud of yourself! Maybe you can treat yourself to something else that you enjoy since you conquered such an AMAZING goal!

I do take coffee. I prefer coffee than tea.
While working on my laptop, some good hot mug of coffee with sugar works well for me!
Whether black coffee or white coffee, it both works amicably well for me. My favourite brand of coffee is Nescafe :)

Yes, I drink coffee and love it. I grew up drinking coffee. I know that may sound bad, but my parent both loved coffee. They always drank the instant stuff in the can. But it was amazing. I remember sneaking drinks when they were not looking. Today, I typically drink at least one cup a day. I prefer to have flavored coffee creamer if possible. But if no flavored coffee creamer is available, I will do sugar and milk.

I also love iced coffee. I will often save the left over coffee in a pitcher and use this to make homemade iced coffees as the store bought ones are so expensive!

Every morning i wake up to the rays of the sun, my love for coffee gets more and more stronger. Caffeine kick starts my day so well that i get to handle my personal businesses without any difficulties. I started drinking coffee from my early fifteen as i used to sneak into one of my dads' coffee pot and scoop some for my breakfast. Drinking coffee is one of my favourites and i don't think i might stop any time sooner.

Yes, i do drink coffee rather frequently throughout the day, i have started a couple of years ago during the exams period i needed more energy to revise and to study and i felt that coffee was the best and most convenient option for me, coffee has a lot of benefits such as : Increase in productivity, mental sharpness and reduction of risk of stroke, but there are also some disadvantages that can be somewhat be more severe for some people which should be taken into consideration when consuming coffee such as : increase in heart rate, stains on teeth and can in some cases cause insomnia.
