The Trinity is the Christian believe that there is one God existing in three Persons. It is important to note that the word "TRINITY" is not found in the Bible. This is a term that is used to attempt to describe the triune
God—three co-existent,co-eternal Persons who are God. This is not in any way suggesting three Gods but three divine beings in one Godhead.
This is a mystery to the human finite mind. Trinity is a concept that is impossible for any human being to fully understand, let alone explain. God is infinitely greater than we are; therefore, we should not expect to be able to fully understand Him. The fact that there are three persons in the Godhead is found in the Bible. The Father is called God in Romans 1:7. The Son is called God in Hebrews 1:7. The Holy Spirit is called God in Acts 5:3,4. There are just a few of the many Bible reference to the Trinity Doctrine.
We can understand some facts in the Scriptures about the relationship of the different Persons of the Trinity to one another, ultimately, it is incomprehensible to the human mind. However, this does not mean the Trinity is not true or that it is not Scripture
    based.
Do you believe The Trinity is one God existing in three Persons?

Yes, I believe in the trinity, it is God manifesting in three forms. God is spirit, God is son and God is father.

Understanding these three facts is as good as knowing your stand in Christianity.

The doctrine is not as well understood as it once was. Despite what is said and written, one cannot hold on to any doctrine or belief too long. From trying to understand concepts and theories, we should go past them and merge with God. Other religions have this doctrine but also speak of transcending them.

Many people have no understanding of this doctrine. You see them arguing that how can three person exits in one body. The doctrine of Trinity is very valid and very real. These are the three that bears witness in heaven- The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit. The Father is the Godhead of the Triune body.
Truth is, many people will not believe this because their eyes of understanding are not yet open. Until ones mind is renewed by the Word of God through the help of the Holy Spirit, one might find it very difficult to believe in this doctrine.
It takes the help of the Holy Spirit to understand some mysteries of the Kingdom.

Yes! I believed in the Trinity Doctrine. Although it is hard to understand, it can be believed because it is found in the Word of God, the Bible . No one would study the Scriptures thoroughly without coming across the mystery of the TRIUNE OF GOD. That God exists in three divine beings is a fact that is taught in the Bible.
God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit are one, co-equal, co-eternal, co-existent and Almighty. Understanding of this vital fact is essential to every Christian.

No! I don't believe in the doctrine of the trinity and my reasons are simple.
    1. Jesus doesn't teach which means one has to look elsewhere to believe in it. As a disciple of him, looking elsewhere is not something I would love doing.
    2. Jesus shows a clear distinction between him and the Father. You have to ignore that to believe he's equal to the Father.
    3. Jesus isn't God. He's God's Son. Not God the Son.

Jesus didn't explicit teach about the Trinity, but it is implicit in His teaching. On the eve of the Lord Jesus' trial and crucifixion, when He was teaching and comforting His Disciples. Philip, one of the twelve, requested that Jesus should show them the Father and it will suffice them.
"Jesus answered: “Don’t you know me, Philip, even after I have been among you such a long time? Anyone who has seen me has seen the Father. How can you say, ‘Show us the Father’?" John 14:9.
Do you think Jesus would have made that statement if He is not part of the Trinity? Why do men called Jesus God, and He didn't refuse their worship? (John 20:28).
Please, study the Scriptures, you will find valuable information about the deity of Christ, I mean that Jesus Christ is truely God and He came into the world by the miracle of virgin birth. Thou, God was manifested in the flesh (1 Timothy 3:16). As you study, may the Holy Spirit help you to know the truth about God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit and their relationship to one another.

The issue is not - Jesus being part of the trinity - the issue is that the "trinity" doesn't exist. There's only one God. Jesus is his son and the Holy Spirit is a portion of him that he allows to reside in whoever believes in his son.

Jesus doesn't even know the day he'll come back to earth - only the Father knows. Now tell me how that's being God?

When he said "anyone who has seen me has seen the Father", he meant that he was the perfect representative of the Father in whatever he taught. If you clearly understand what Jesus teaches, he says you and the Father and him will be one. Does that make you God?

Hi Darus, No I do not believe in the christian trinity of God the Father ,Son and Holy spirit because,it was originally borrowed from the African trinity of God the father mother and son. It is obvious that you cannot have the son without the mother, that it why in African society ,there was God and Goddess, King and Queen. The people who started Christianity had problems with women at those times and women where not regarded as equals to men. That is why the woman was removed in the trinity. But the African believe that you cannot have man without woman and both where equals and supported one another.

The Father, The Spirit, and the Word. Trinity has been a mystery to many and others say it can't be understood or explained. I want to say that, It's not a mystery and it can be clearly understood. The Bible explains it so perfectly.
God is one, there are no three persons in the Godhead, He is one only on the throne. There is the term Holy Spirit. Spirit is not His name, it means wind, It's a descriptive term for God; it describes how God moves and works. Before God revealed Himself to man, He used to talk to men example the prophets at deferent places and at the same time and He did things that they saw, but they never saw Him, so man could not understand this, and therefore man liked Him with wind because of the similarities in characteristics, but he is not wind.
HOW DOES GOD MOVE FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER?
God is seated on the throne and has never left, but He moves around. John 15:26 "But when the Helper comes, whom I shall send to you from the father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of me. It says He is from the Father, then it says He proceeds from the Father. This means God comes out of Himself and moves to another place but He is still on the throne, in other words, He pops out of Himself in His completeness, that is why He is at deferent places at the same time. That is why you have Him complete in you and I have Him complete in me and still, He is seated on the throne, This is what man could not understand and therefore called Him wind (Spirit), His characteristics is just amazing.
    THE WORD.
The word is that which God speaks. The word of God is God, this doesn't mean His person, but His character and nature. He communicates Himself with his words, that means His power, glory and everything about Him. Jesus is the Word of God that became flesh.
Before Jesus, the Word did things but the Word was never seen, Now the word was seen physically accomplishing the will of the Father.
God is one, and because He is God, He functions differently. The way He does what He does brings out all His Characteristics, And it's this simple.

I don't believe in the doctrine of trinity.Jesus himself never claimed to be equal to God.Instead, Jesus worshipped God. (Luke 22:41-44).Other scriptures help us to know that Jesus is the son of God. 1."My Father is greater than I (Jesus)".-John 14:28. 2."Blessed be the God and Father of our lord Jesus christ. (Ist Peter 1:3). 3."These things said the Amen(Jesus),.... The beginning of the creation of God."-Revelation 3:14. On the other hand,Holy spirit is not a person. When Christian martyr Stephen was given a miraculous heavenly vision,he saw only two persons, not three. The Bible says:"He, being full of HOY SPIRIT,gazed into heaven and caught sight of God's glory and of Jesus standing at God's right hand."(Acts 7:55)The holy spirit was God's power in action enabling Stephen to see the vision.
