Most of us are so much addicted to our phones such that you cant stay one hour without checking it? Well, Can you stay for one whole days without looking at your phone when its near you? As for me I cant last more than six hours without checking my phone. Let me know if the same applies to you.

Today, it is difficult when there is no cellphone due to many roles in human life. It use in communication, entertainment, business and others. For me, I can't without use a mobile phone within a day especially now that I need it in my work. I also use it as a way to entertain myself when I feel bored. That is the importance of my cellphone.

I can't stay away from my phone like for more than three hours ,if I do that I will definitely be unsettled the whole day. There so many things that we use with phones and this is why most people people carry their phones everywhere and use them most of the time.

Never Ever! The fact that the cellphone is one of the most important technological discoveries of our time cannot be underestimated. Literally, everything that took forever to do can now be completed by just a touch of a button. You want to read your emails, you don't need to look for a computer, your android phone has got you covered.

I use my phone to send and receive mail, make calls, schedule meetings, find my favourite restaurant, dodge traffic, take photos, record conversations, write short notes, play games when I'm bored, and much more depending on the App that is available.

It is nearly impossible to live without a phone, sometimes I even wonder how people used to survive when we did not have cell phones.

I personally have been in this situation just a year ago when I traveled south of my country. I got my phone stolen and I had to deal with not having a phone for a couple of days. In my opinion, I can go for a day or more without a phone as long as something is keeping me busy. If people from the previous era were able to do it, then so can I. It's just a matter of how a person deals with whatever is thrown at them.

I most definitely can! It is not that hard for me really. I just go to our farm where there is very limited cellphone signal. My phone is definitely useless there. If I have to make an important text or call, then I have to find some strategic locations where I can get a signal. Mostly in high places or in a clear area by the roadside.

But I am distracted most of the time anyway when I am there. I can play with my nieces and nephew, catch up with my relatives, play with my dogs, and enjoy the beauty of nature all around me. It"s good to unplug once in awhile!

Yes you can live without your phone for one day. If more people would get off there phones they can see they don't need there phone to be happy. It is so bad now with people being addicted to there phone. I think it is sad when you can't have a conversation with someone because there looking at there phone and can't pay attention what is going on around them. Get off the phone you will survive.

I can live without a phone, TV, entertainment system or even a deck of cards. What I'd be lost without though, is the internet.

It's impossible to do away with my phone for one day because it's on my phone I send and receive business messages, make some important meeting calls, communicate with my family and friends. The phone has become the most used item in my life, just imagine coming home in the evening only to find out that you missed opportunities worth thousands of dollars because you did not have your phone to receive communication. It is the point of contact, not only does it take care of my communication needs but also keeps me busy in terms of entertainment, I have downloaded games that it keeps me active and happy, therefore I can't have an idle day, many times I use my phone to settle my bills because it's fast and easy, whenever I want want to do my home shopping, using my phone is the easiest way I use, I usually place my order through my phone and settle the bill at the same time, all I am left with is waiting for my items delevery. Music is part of my phone too, I listen to love songs and instrumentals on my phone, even when I am driving I pair up my phones' Bluetooth to my car and enjoy calls and music all the way, My phone will always be close to me.

Yes as long as I am with my girlfriend I can live without phone, she is the only reason why I uses a phone. She will probably get mad if I dont text her for a day so I can just do without phone for one day IF Iam with my girlfriend.

Nomophobia and Phantom Vibration Syndrome will tell you if you are an addict or not yet. Nomophobia is the fear of not having your smartphone with you. Phantom Vibration Syndrome is when you feel your phone vibrate yet it isn't. Literally this is being a junky. This comes about when you let your life to be sucked in the virtual world. Many of us are already addicts. We let our phones solve our problems way too much until we are dependent on them.

I can survive a couple of days without my phone. But surviving without Internet and my computer is much harder to do.
I'm not working a lot with my phone and I'm more of a computer person. I use my phone to message and speak with people and
maybe on rare occasions to play games on.

If just for a day, yes, I can.
I mostly used it for work purposes so I have to keep it always on or fully charged so that I won't miss any updates or news. But if it is just for one day then I can't see any problems about that. I don't socialize much either on social media sites so living a day without having to check on my Facebook or Twitter account with my phone doesn't bother me that much.

I can go a day without my phone though I will be very anxious. It's not easy feeling left out on things but I can try to distract myself with other things so I don't think about my phone all the time. Most of us these days are addicted to our phones but its worth the try once in a while.

Just as Huja126 has stated, a phone these days is more of an entertainment gadget as it is a communication one. So taking it away from you even for a short period of time can leave you agitated, like Mercy.

But we should also remember that phones are not the only gadgets we can use for entertainment or communication, and that getting addicted to using the phones all the time isn't an added bonus in anyway. Just try to learn to live without it sometimes.

I cannot live without my phone even for a day because it contains most of the things I need to use daily. First my professional documents that is my resume, my certificates and testimonials are saved on my phone.
Secondly, the alarm that wakes me up every morning is on my phone and upon waking up I log into work websites using the same phone.
Lastly, I use my phone as my main source of communication. This is because I respond to and send emails using it. I receive and make calls using the phone and also send text messages to friends and family members.
