The worst movie I've ever seen that gave me bad dreams was Freddie Krueger. It scared me to death. I would wake up out of my sleep and the song he would sing would replay over and over in my head. I still get scared if I even think about watching that movie.

Several years I watched the movie ''The Exorcist'' and remember in the same night after this scaring I had a terrible nightmare. I hate watching horror and sleep with stomach full because makes me sleep terribly and the nightmares are worse. I avoid watching movies with demonic possession, because I believe it brings negative energy.

The worst movie I have ever seen is The Conjuring. It wasn't scary, it wasn't good at all. I didn't dream about it. I just regret having paid to watch it. It was terrible. If you ever think of watching that movie, think again. A lot of people loved it, but if you love scary movies, like me, you'll just waste your time and your money.

Oh, my - this is truly going to reveal my age, but here goes nothing. Halloween III would be the last hack-and-slash type horror movie that I watched. I stopped watching this genre because of that movie. I was literally sick to my stomach for three days after and had terrible nightmares. Even turning my head away did not help because the sound effects were terrifying.

Wrong Turn was my worst! Very scary and bloody. Another was Texas chainsaw massacre starring Jessica Biel..but at least she survived it!

I to agree with the exorcist. I had night mares for weeks on end and I even watched it in the daytime.

The worst movie I saw that gave me bad dreams was The Wrong Turn. I had nightmares one week straight. The movie was horrific and It displayed enough blood to cause me not to eat for a couple of days without thinking about it. I only watched part one and I have no intention of watching the other parts.

I watched this clown movie when I was young and it gave me nightmares for months. I believe I'm not the only one traumatized after watching. It's a very old movie and I'm not sure if anybody here will remember. The title is "It".

I personally don't like watching horror movies but when I'm with my friends I don't have a choice. The only movie who made me stay awake the entire night and wasn't able to get even a blink of sleep is "Shuter". It's a Thai movie in 2008.

Watching horror films is my hobby . I have seen Paranormal Activity all parts, The Grudge all parts, The Ring Part 1 & 2, Mirrors Part 1 & 2, Saw all parts,Wrong Turn 1-6, Final Destination all parts and moreover, all bollywood horror movies from 2014 and more .;)

But , Frankly speaking , when I watch Wrong Turn or Saw, it distorts my night sleep. It is not frightening per se, but the utter violence and bloody gore in the movie makes me remember that scenes which are uneasy and uncomfortable to watch , which disturbs me when is sleep .

I recommend all who have not seen to see it in daylight :)

The Human Centipede is the worst. I had to do a lot of effort to really get over how disgusting it is.
The worst part is that I have already been informed that the movie was very bad before I was stupid enough to get myself to be curious to watch the movie. Ugh:mad: Now that I'm reminded of that hateful movie, I might even hate you for asking that question.

The Paranormal Activity Movies. When I was younger, these movies scared me. I would barely sleep and I was so upset. It scared me to death and I felt so stupid for being scared over a movie but my mom had convinced me that the movie was real and that possesses girl could be anywhere. That is not okay!
