What is the best movie of 2017?

Mine is not a movie but a documentary. It is called City of Ghosts. After ISIS formed the so-called caliphate and claimed the Syrian city of Raqqa as its capital, a local group of "citizen journalists" known as "Raqqa Is Being Silently Slaughtered" whose mission is to expose the horrific crimes of the so-called Islamic State.

By posting ghastly videos and photos of ISIS atrocities in order to elicit global opposition and outrage.

 

I just saw Blade Runner a week ago and I think it so far The best movie of this year. It is a bit long (almost 4 hours!), but it's such a special movie. It talks about all the stuff that might happen very soon, like AI intelligence, Robots, Environment issues and so on. And Ryan Gosling is so amazingly good in the main role

 

The movie designated survivor starring Kiefer Sutherland know as Tom Kirkman a low level cabinet member becomes president of the United States after a catastrophic attack kills everyone above him in line of succession.

Tom Kirkman with no knowledge of politics or how to govern the entire country against foreign and domestic threat has to face so may challenges in his administration as a president of United States. He didn't know that bombing of the Capitol by a terrorist organization is just the beginning of what is to come. One thing I admire about him is his determination and his beliefs that he can do better in serving the American people. He stands for what is right.

Although, it was not easy in selecting his cabinets and Congress because they think that he doesn't have what it takes to be president of United States. His wife Alex Kirkman together with his press secretary Seth Wright, chief of staff Emily Rhodes , Aaron Shore and a FBI agent Hannah Wells stood by him in fighting the terrorists attacks on their soil.

 

I still need to see baby driver. However, I hope it's not one of those plots that try to make the audience sympathize for a bunch of selfish, greedy outlaws. Based on what I saw in the trailer, I know the protagonist himself wants to get out of it, but still has to work for those guys for whatever reason.

The World's End ), the film is a stylistically daring
showstopper, its every inventive camera movement
and edit in perfect harmony with the many great,
eclectic soundtrack tunes blasting in Baby's
earbuds. Grooving alongside its hero as he tries to
break free from his kingpin boss (Kevin Spacey),
Wright's high-octane original soon has Baby in
league with a collection of menacing thieves, most
notably an amoral Jamie Foxx and a psychopathic
Jon Hamm, while simultaneously wooing a diner
waitress (Lily James) who dreams of escaping her
dreary day-to-day and hitting the open road.
Reconfirming Wright's preeminent genre mash-up
skills, it delivers an electrifying action-romance-
musical high.

 

The new Star Wars is definitely my favorite movie of the year.
For me, it's also one of the best. If you have not watched it yet, then make sure
to watch it soon. Can't wait for the next episode. Watched the eight-episode yesterday in the cinemas.
