How important is nutrition in losing weight ?

    I'm a fitness enthusiast and all the information I've gathered online from blogs and videos claims that nutrition is important in weight loss. Well, it's my observation that whether I reduce or increase my intake of carbohydrates I still shed off some pounds. If am able to lose weight without watching what I eat will I experience some negative side effects in future or I can just continue. Am looking forward to your replies.

    Proper nutrition is vital to everybody, whether with or without the intention of losing weight. When it comes to losing weight, workouts go hand in hand with good dietary practices to fully help someone. Excess body weight is due to accumulation of excess fats, emanating from their direct consumption of if excess carbohydrates convert into fats.

    The sole aim of good nutrition is to reduce the accumulated fats. Research has shown that fruits and vegetables contain vitamin C that helps to break down excess fats in the body. Fruits rich in vitamin C for example oranges and lemons can help to reduce the fats. Adequate intake of fruits and vegetables is essential for faster results.

    To add on that, observing portion size during consumption of carbohydrate food items is also an important nutrition tip. Individuals have to feed adequate but not excess carbohydrates to prevent them from accumulating in the body, hence loss of pounds.

    Nutrition is the mother of loosing weight. Once you check on what you eat, loosing weight can not be a big issue. Foods that are not rich in carbohydrates can help in loosing weight. Also reducing the consumption of beef will highly contribute in weight lose.

    Anyone who wants to loose weight should consume a lot of fruits and replace that beef with white meat, I prefer chicken or fish. Also eggs can contribute to weight lose.
