What is your favorite search engine?

Even though there are other search engines like Bing, Yahoo etc, Google is still the leader in the search engine market. I tried many search engines but I am not happy with the results. What about you?

 

Google is the king of them all. I mean no disrespect but personally, I don't remember any other search engine because of how useful google is to me. Google has revolutionized what it means to be a search engine.

I don't think anyone goes a day without making use of google. Google is busy setting the pace and other search engines simply has to follow. Talk about gmail and you'd still be talking about Google. The question now becomes, what hasn't Google done for us?

 

Google is the best search engine according to its added features like maps. The mighty google has simplified almost everything making it the most preferred search engine worldwide.

 

I have used various search engines in the past. Personally, I think the best for results and customisation is by far Google. The ability to customise by using extensions and the web store creates a much more smooth browser than competitors like firefox and safari.

 

I have to concur with Waf007 in terms of Google doing everything to stay a afloat while other search engines fade away with time.
Since the year 1998 Google has managed to succeed where many search engines have failed whenit comes new technological inventions leaving its competitors lurking behind.

 

Google of course because i have also tried the other search engines but they never given me satisfactory answers to my queries. Unless Google is taken down or closed, i don't think any other search engine will be a threat. Another thing that makes Google the best, is the fact that it is updated on a daily basis and new features added to it.

 

I like Google. It's the best of them all. I mostly use Bing to search Google. I've also tried other search engines but Google gives me the best overview!

My favorite is Google. The biggest advantage of the Google search engine is perhaps the sheer number of sites it indexes. In 1998 Google indexed 26 million sites, in the year 2000 that number grew to 1 billion sites and today Google is said to have over a trillion websites indexed. What this means to you, as a user of the Google search engine, is you have a much better chance of finding, not only the information you want, but a wide variety of sources that offer this information. Compare this to only having access to a smaller subset of this information indexed by alternative search engines and you can see why Google search leads the pack when it comes to internet search engines.

Another advantage of the Google search engine is that it so good at putting the most relevant sites at the top of the results list. Google does this by rating sites based on how many other sites link to it. The more popular the site that links to your site, the better Google search engine ranking you get. Google figures if several high quality and/or popular sites link to your site then it must contain some useful information.

 

My favorite search engine is Google. They have a good ranking system so that the most relevant site is at the top. Google also has Google Images, Google Maps, News, and Youtube. Google is just one of the best.

 

Google is the best as people mostly talk about it since it's been there for a long time. Besides the scope on Google is wide and has content. Google is the best for me too.

 

I still use google even if I know there's lots of search engine that we can use online, For me, Google Search Engine is one of the most reliable in terms of search engines, unlike others.

 

I have been actively using the world wide web for over 18 years now. Google has undeniable become the favorite search engine from my perspective because of its broadness in categories and its user friendly platform. I however, believe it or not, still prefer to use yahoo's search engine for precision. Yahoo seems to deliver exactly what I am seeking in a more timely manner, the majority of the time.

 

Favorite search engine? There is only one search engine. Google!

 

My favorite search engine is dogpile.com. It is a mega search with many sites all in one. Can't find it on dogpile, it probably doesn't exist.

 

Google is outstanding in every aspect within computer technology. Categorically I do not deny that they have the best and most advanced search engine. Yahoo is a pioneer and I guess that since the year 2002, it is just my preferred choice, as its acuracy has always lead me to what I am in search of.

 

I live for Google. It's simple and easy to use. The font is uncomplicated and easy to read. There are no unnecessary and distracting bells and whistles.

Google is not perfect, not by a long shot, and I do have serious privacy concerns, but I do think that they are the best there is. And I would still choose their search engine over the others that I have used.

I like their doodles. I like fact that you do not know what you would find there on any given day, but you can be assured that when there is a doodle, it will be interesting and informative. And I like that there are many other easily accessible aspects to Google right there on the homepage such as Gmail, Google Maps, and Google Drive.

I used Bing on occasion, particularly at my last job, simply because this was the default option there, but somehow I did not like it. And while there were a lot of advertisements suggesting that the accuracy of Bing's search was better, I still preferred Google.

I do not like Yahoo Search at all, and whenever I am on a computer that defaults to Yahoo, I either download Google Chrome or I search for Google before I do anything else.

 

Of course, I'll go with Google as well, as you've said Google is still the leader in the search engine. I've heard that Yahoo experiencing bankruptcy until now because of the presence of Google, as I've heard that Google planned to buy Yahoo but Yahoo rejected it.

My Facebook account using Yahoo mail but when Google came out I switch my Yahoo mail to Gmail.

 

No doubt it's Google. Google is the best search engine in the whole wide world without any question. Though Bing is trying really hard to conquer Google but sadly Bing isn't even close to Google.

Bing is paying people to search on their search console yet Google is ruling the world through their amazing search engine. Google's search engine understands a lot better than any other search engine. Bing is just trying too hard. Google will always top Bing because Google is always one step ahead.

 

No doubt it's Google, they hold the largest market share in terms of the search engine market. It is available for most of the information that you need, so it should be the first option you should choose.

Bing has a lot of catching up to do but is still gaining a good amount of market share, simply because it is integrated into Windows 10 not because it is better.

Youtube is also considered a search engine, it is best for music search, how-to videos, and entertainment search, but yes, it is still owned by Google, I would just like to mention it.
