    Losing weight has become a great challenge nowadays. This is due to the foods we take and less exercise.

    But here is the solution; engage your mind (avoid staying idle without thinking), avoid junk food, take upto eight glasses of warm water daily and detoxify your body with lemon.

    Thank me later.

    Why warm water? I prefer room temperature, but I heard that cold water uses calories to bring it to body temperature. I like to drink 1/2 lemon in a full glass of water in the morning, before eating anything. You can also add apple cider vinegar to a glass of water in the morning to get your detox going for the day.

    Also, you mentioned engaging your mind, you also have to engage your body. I try to walk 2 miles 3-5 times a week. Being active engages your mind and your body.

    It is a challenge to lose weight. It makes sense to eat less processed foods and exercise regularly. It is just hard at times to be consistent. People have such busy lives it’s easier to grab ready made items.

    Losing weight has always not worked for me. I used to not be committed to exercises since I never got any results. But I decided to work hard, I did exercises twice a day, drank a lot of water and by the end of the month I had actually gained two kilograms.

    I decided to never again try to lose weight. But I have seen it work for others who just jog a kilometer every morning and lose wight. So I think it depends with your body's metabolism.

    Since if I don't bother with exercises I lose weight and actually maintain my figure by just eating healthy. Work out if you can but if you can't do not stress yourself too much.

    Losing weight has been a challenge for me. I lack the discipline and consistency required when working out. But it's something that I'm working on so hopefully I'll start losing some weight.
