Why DO YOU EXERCISE?

    I totally agree that exercise helps to keep us healthy. Exercise prevents obesity. Each person should know their body mass index. This is referred to as the BMI chart. It actually is calculated from your height and weight reading.
    Exercise helps to relieve depression. It also relieves stress.
    It is reported that persons who exercise regularly are less likely to commit suicide and they are more sociable.

    Exercise need this body, because it gives healthy and more energy everyday doing, and exercise is the best to avoid sickness and lazy in every single day. The important thing while you exercise you must safe you doing properly to avoid accident to doing exercise, and exercise it help us to gain more muscles to get fitness in our human body beside that more power to excess in a day and gives happiness to your face.

    I personally do not exercise and by this I mean going to the gym and stuff. Where I come from, everything you do is an exercise from going to the market to fetch vegetables a kilometer a day by foot to daily day in routine in the house like restoring your muddy house in rainy seasons.

    however, regular physical exercise help to keep one in perfect shape and reduce the risk if getting complications the comes with weight gain like type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular diseases, have strong bones and muscles and reduces stress.

    Yes, exercise has a lot of benefits. Aside from keeping you healthy and helping you to lose weight, it also help you to be physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually fit.

    To be physically fit means to be in a state of health and well-being. Physical fitness is defined as the body’s ability to function efficiently and effectively in work and leisure activities, to be healthy, to resist disease and to react to emergency situations.

    Mental health includes our emotional, psychological, and social well-being. It affects how we think, feel, and act. It also helps determine how we handle stress, relate to others, and make choices. Mental health is important at every stage of life, from childhood and adolescence through adulthood.Over the course of your life, if you experience mental health problems, your thinking, mood, and behavior could be affected.

    Physically fit people may be able to run long distances or lift heavy weights, but emotionally fit individuals can shoulder the burden of life with serenity. Emotional fitness is a term used describe how well you are able to handle stress, disappointment and loss. Additionally, emotional fitness is a measure of your success when it comes to maintaining family and work relationships.

    You might be able to run for miles. You may be the sharpest student in your class. But no matter how physically or mentally fit you are, if you’re spiritually flabby, your life isn’t going to be as great as it could be, and you won’t reach your full potential as a human being.Spirituality gives us something larger to strive for, something beyond the material. It is in the spiritual that we derive the meaning of life, and with it, the joy that comes from fulfilling our purpose. Spiriutality also helps us ground our systems of morality and virtue, helping us choose how to best act toward others—and ourselves.And believe it or not, spirituality can be developed and strengthened, just like your muscles. But instead of lifting iron, you’re engaging willpower.

    Exercise improves mood. Exercise helps people to relax, improves sleep and reduces muscular tension. That glow of relaxation after a workout is restorative. Research shows that one of the best things a person can do when depressed is to force themselves to exercise. The mood elevation effect is immediate.

    There are a lot of benefits of exercising.
    There is no doubt that every research has shown that exercising has a huge impact on ones health, mood, etc...
    By exercising daily, you lower the chances of developing obesity, diabetes, hearth disease, among many others.

    I exercise around 30 minutes a day, walking or working out from home.It makes me feel good.My mood gets better, I am losing some pounds and that will make anyone happy.

    Once you notice your body is getting towards the shape you wanted it to go, nobody would say that they would not feel happy about it.

    Yes, we do exercise for various reasons but the main reason I exercise is to keep my body fit. Exercise should be a regular activity, that one should take part in. Through exercises, I reduce chances of getting some illnesses and also helps in making my body flexible. People exercise for many other different reasons. For instance, some do it in order to loose weight while others to improve their muscles. Every Person has his/her own interests from exercising. All in all, exercising is important to our bodies and it should be a regular activity.

    My kind of exercise is Dancing. Dancing is a whole-body workout that's actually fun. Aside from it is my passion, it keeps me fit and healthy. It also makes me feel alive, helps me with balance and coordination, and it is good for the heart.

    I exercise to feel good about myself. My clothes definitely fit better when I exercise regularly. Exercise also helps me relax after a stressful day. I feel so much better about life after a good workout. Exercise is a great way to socialize and have fun with friends. I have made many great friends while taking classes at the gym.

    Exactly, Darus! We all know that exercise is important in our daily lives, but we may not know why or what exercise can do for us. It’s important to remember that we have evolved from nomadic ancestors who spent all their time moving around in search of food and shelter, travelling large distances on a daily basis. Our bodies are designed and have evolved to be regularly active.

    Physical exercise means the regular movement of the limbs and of our body according to rules. It is essential to keep our body fit and mind sound. Physical exercise is of various kinds. Good forms of exercise are walking, swimming, riding, racing, rowing, gymnastics, wrestling and playing many outdoor and indoor games.

    It needs no telling the importance of physical exercise. We build good health and sound mind through physical exercise. Physical exercise makes our body active and the muscles strong. It also improves our power of digestion and blood circulation. It gives strength to our brain. Many good habits are formed through outdoor games. It teaches us unity, patience, obedience, discipline and punctuality.

    Exercise is very helpful in our life that's why it is important to do a daily routine exercise like push ups, sit ups, jumping jacks, running and any kind of activities like sports that could be fun.

    However, many people in the world are doing a different kind of exercise. They do it because they want to be a healthy person and manage their body to be fit that's why many people recommend doing a daily exercise in the morning or even in the afternoon. It all depends on you.

    I do enjoy exercising not just normal exercise but exercises that requires certain amount of strength. I as a teenager enjoyed going to the gym the past couple of months until today, not only it would help me mentally and physically it also instills discipline in my daily routine how? like when i eat i only eat a certain amount of food not too much and not to little, these foods are what we call whole foods that maintain our body levels that gave us certain amount of energy to keep me going in my physical activities all out the day. I prioritize mainly on protein that builds my muscles more than carbohydrates because when i do bench presses or this progressive overloads it would sculpt my muscles and more cuts would show within me. But to sum it all up we need to exercise for us to live longer.

    Exercise is part of my daily routine. Usually, I jog in the morning around the subdivision before going to work. I'm doing it for almost three years now along with OMAD. One meal a day is very challenging diet exercise for me. I only eat dinner. During my first week of OMAD, I feel really starving and weak. But as the weeks come by, I started to feel better. My body eventually cope up with changes in my diet. Along with strict diet, I do light exercises every morning. I'm also going in the gym every weekend. I'm doing this for three years now. I'm glad that I'm still surviving. Exercise and OMAD really helps me a lot in achieving my desire shape and weight.

    I just want to give some tips about this topic. First, you must very determine to do it because it's not really easy. It's a hard job. Second, when you already started don't give up be consistent and discipline yourselves. No one can achieve success without experiencing difficulties. Exercise well and live a heathy lifestyle.

    The reason I do exercises is because it is part of self-love. The fact that I appreciate myself makes me fit and free from some diseases. Exercises also helps me in improving blood circulation in the body and relieving stress.

    I do exercise four days a week, one hour each week. The main purpose of my workouts now are to improve my cardiovascular health and lose weight. I am doing lots of cardio and little wight lifting for now. I run on bicycles, run on tracks and use the running machines. It is good to vary your workouts so that you don´t get bored of doing the same thing time after time. So far I have lost 12 pounds in just one month. I was weighting 196 lbs and went down to 184 lbs now. My goal is to reach 175 lbs, so I am still doing lots of cardio and combining it with a diet low on carbs and saturated fat food. So far I have been getting compliments, feeling good about myself, and feeling much healthier also. Exercise is very important, and we should always do it even if we don´t feel like we need it.

    We all know that exercise is very important to keep our body healthy. There are a lot of benefits when you exercise regularly. Exercise makes me feel good, improves my mood and I become more relaxed. I think that it also affects our mental health and it can help us deal with stress and reduce our risk of depression.
    For people who are sickly, exercise is best for you because it helps lower your risk of heart diseases. It can also help in maintaining your cholesterol levels, and prevent a heart attack.
    My parents also do regular exercises to lower their blood pressure and triglyceride levels. My mother also has sleep disorders, so her doctor recommended her to exercise more to improve her sleep. Exercise can help you to fall asleep faster and stay asleep longer.
    I know that it is not easy to lose weight, so exercise is one option to consider. Along with a healthy diet, we can maintain our weight and prevent obesity.
    As a parent, we can also encourage our children to exercise because it strengthens bones and muscles. Regular exercise can help kids and teens build strong bones as they grow.
    Most of all, exercise makes our body healthy so we can live a happier and longer life.

    I have a love hate relationship with exercise. I don't like the act of exercising on its own but afterwards I feel so great and energized that i forget how hard it was to exercise. Mainly I workout at the gym to lose weight and burn excess calories. Going to the gym is the best way to lose those stubborn extra pounds. If only I found exercising fun then I would have that fit body I've always wanted. The exercise I do mostly for my health is walking as much as possible.

    This question really caught my attention to the point and without having second thoughts I hit the "reply" button. I was diagnosed having PCOS or the Polycysctic Ovarian Syndrome for those who did not know, abstinence of menstruation occurs, pain with the pelvic, having a lot of cyst and the worst of all- weight gain with this syndrome. At first, it was very hard for me to accept that in the future there are a higher possibility of not getting pregnant. But I turned down all the negative thoughts and enlighten myself on the positive side. Going back, I was diagnosed having PCOS and my OB recommend me to lose weight. In order for that to happen, I have to lessen my sugar intake and of course I have to excersice, to shaken up. As of today, my everyday meal was served only with a half cup of rice and if possible, vegetables on side. And the first thing I woke up, I automatically placed a mat and do my everyday exercise. I also skip junk foods and stop indulge myself on drinking sodas.

    I visited my OB last week and to my surprise I only have 8 cysts left on my ovary compared before having 14. I know it is sounds creepy but I left with no choice. That is why I exercise to bring back my body status on normal.

    I am an athlete and exercise is a basic need in my life. The reasons for doin this is;
    (1) To keep fit
    (2) To increase my speed
    (3) To learn something new
    (4) To come up with new techniques

    The list is endless but I can just conclude by saying I train hard I win easily.

    Couldnt say it better. Exercise helps me reduce stress and helps me maintain my figure. I also exercise for fun. Most people exercise for health purposes.
