I personally prefer coffee to tea. Some say tea boasts a long list of health benefits. A soothing cup of tea can help you relax after a stressful day.
I love the taste of coffee especially in the morning, nescafe to be precise. Once in a while I take tea for a change.

I have always preferred Coffee rather than Tea but I think Tea may actually be healthier. There does seem to be more varieties of both becoming more available so may be I need to try some of these new fruit teas. Some of them do look refreshing but I hope the flavours aren't too over powering.

Depends on what is the current season.
I, usually drink coffee in all seasons, but I prefer tea during the winter since I always get sick with sinuses at that time.
I like coffee, I drink it almost every day.
While I believe that tea has more health benefits, it is hard to drink tea everyday, unless you are from UK :)
Most of the people in my country are crazy for coffee, all sorts of it, new and old versions.
Turkish coffee remains the most popular at home, while outside people, usually, go for cappuccino's, espresso's, latte's, etc...

Same here. Usually, during the summer and fall I like to drink coffee, but during winter and spring I prefer tea. I'm not really sure why, I just kind of do. It's really a strange thing.

Frankly speaking, I do not drink coffee only tea. Its like Im drinking more tea instead of water, I am drinking tea that is made out of organic ingredients.

Why I love tea? Simply because it taste awesome unlike any other beverages out there. Plus the fact that I did some research on what benefits I can get when I always drink tea. It contains antioxidants which can help on fixing skin tissues and will give you radiant skin and might help in weight lose, and yes it's true. In fact, I always found myself eliminating wastes at the bath room. It also reduces the chances of getting heart attack which is also a fact. It is less to have caffeine which is not good for the heart because there's a tendency that you will experience palpitation. And the most I love among all it's benefits is it really helps to normalize the digestive system which is perfect whenever you are constipated.

Iprefer tea because I grew up in a household where tea always beat out coffee. Even in college, I always preferred a large cup of English tea over a Starbucks latte. My new favorite tea addiction is made by Harlow & Sons. They have a cinnamon flavor that is packaged in orange tea bags and is absolutely delicious. If you like bold flavors and a bit of a kick in your morning beverage, the cinnamon option is definitely worth a try.

I really enjoy a cup of coffee especially in the evening as compared to tea which I take in the morning. I take both but coffee is a big reliever.makes me rejuvenated.

I usually drink tea but whenever I get the chance for a nice cup of black coffee from Wayne's I just can't resist it.

I used to drink like six cups of coffee a day but then my coffee machine broke, which is a good thing for my health I think. That much coffee screws over your stomach badly

I sincerely admire your taste buds mariaberry, hands down to that. Honestly, I’ve been drinking tea in quite some time now. I know it’s beneficial and I can testify that it really is because my digestion and bowel movement improves every time I drink tea. Tea makes losing weight easier for me to do and I notice that my immune system boosts. But no matter how beneficial tea is and how much people say that it tastes good, I never really liked the taste of tea. I tried… so hard… but I never really liked it.

Coffee in the other hand is my forever. I can drink five cups of coffee a day. Of course, I tried to discipline myself and lessen the intake because I know even too much love can kill you, but four cups a day is the best I can do and the least I can take. You can say anything you want about coffee, I wouldn’t care. Coffee and I had been best buds since Physics in high school, Thesis in college and until my late-night-online job today.

Coffee possesses great benefits too. Because I’m on the “dark side”, I mean “black side”, I searched for some good reasons to drink coffee so whenever I would have an argument with my most favourite coffee-hater, which is my cousin, I have something to bang on her face. From a peer-reviewed scientific journal,
coffee can reduce the risk of several diseases like type 2 Diabetes, Alzheimer’s, Colorectal Cancer, Sclerosis, Liver Cancer, Gout, heart disease and heart attack. It can also prevent retinal damage and cavities. It can also protect the drinker against melanoma, periodontal disease, Parkinson’s and cirrhosis of the liver. These are all based on scientific studies so it’s easier to persuade people.

I support both coffee lover and tea lover. Both beverages brighten our daily life and both are also beneficial. I suggest everyone to consume both. Balance your diet by drinking coffee in the morning and tea at night. What can you say?

Tea is by far the best choice for me between these two. I've never really drank that much coffee in my life, not because I hate the taste or anything, but because I've never had the need to do so. Tea on the other hand is not only tasty, but healthy too, there are a lot of benefits that tea grants. There is also a wide variety of tastes, so if a certain person doesn't like a type or brand of tea, they can always try a new one and find the taste for them. Personally, green tea is the best, because it cleans your body from alot of toxins.

I prefer tea although once in a while I indulge myself with a cup of a good coffee. Tea keeps me alert the whole day but I realize that on the days I take coffee, I find it hard to sleep at night. For a perfect smile though, coffee offers the best alternative because tea's natural pigments have greater affinity to our dental enamel.

When I wake up, the first thing is a big cup of coffee. I prefer a latte machiato with suggar in it. I think it is a italian coffee. During the day I have several cup of tea with milk and suggar in it. When I take outside a coffee I prefer Starbucks. They have so many flavours and it is nice to sit with someone in an nice suroundings. When I don't have my coffee in the morning I get so disturbed and kranky. I know I'm a little bit addictive to it. So that's why I stick to the one cup of coffee a day.

Tea has more antioxidants, but coffee has more caffeine.
I drink coffee when cutting and tea when bulking.

I drink both tea and coffee, but I prefer tea to coffee. My morning starts with a cup of hot tea and a newspaper with hot news. I know both coffee and tea are anti-oxidants that safeguard our body from free radicals that may cause diseases. I do take 4-5 cups of tea and one cup of coffee every day. Both plain tea and coffee are calorie-free but when we add sugar and milk, they produce high calorie. I love the taste and aroma of green tea and black tea.

Though I do not hate coffee, I want to limit its consumption because coffee stimulates our nervous system and sometimes causes headache and restlessness; whereas there is no such problem with tea, even if it is taken in large quantities.

I prefer coffee it helps going to the bathroom more so than fiber. On top of that it's more masculine. Think about it a dainty tea cup versus a coffee mug, tea parties for princesses, even coffee packaging is more masculine.

I drink tea. I have recently discovered a special kind of tea. It's called matcha tea. It has tons of special health benefits. It is like a concentrated version of green tea. All things considered it is the perfect way to start your day. It leaves you fresh, rejuvenated and energetic. I feel as though it is the the perfect boost that I require in the mornings.

I am a coffee lover. I love to have a cup of coffee every morning even without breakfast. It helps me do the thing I need to do the whole day. It feels like without a cup of coffee my day is incomplete. It is actually my energizer.
