I believe online working will be the next big thing in the world. Unlike other jobs it is time-saving and you can work from anywhere regardless of the country you are in. Online work is also good since youthful people easily earn provided they meet the skills required. This gives them a sense of responsibility and also prepares them for the future in terms of independence. The unemployment rate is also lowered and with this, I totally agree that online jobs will be the next big thing.

Though online working has long since started, it's still not that mainstream as people still find more security in the regular 9 to 5 jobs. But in today's Information Age, people tend to trust online content more and more. This trend of gaining more trust in online contents therefore creates more demand for fresh online content. As a result, more online jobs concentrated on online content generation are created as well. In terms of skills, a wide variety of online jobs, such as data entry, social media management, content writing and many others cater to different skill sets and different demographics. With the flexibility of time and the interesting prospect of having an easy income on the side, people also tend to get attracted to this emerging online employment trend. So it won't take long before online working becomes a big thing in the employment world.

In our country, the government is now looking into promoting online or stay-at-home work. Probably they saw that it has the potential to help solve the problem with traffic. Aside from traffic, an online or stay-at-home worker can benefit to the different advantages there is.
    1. It lessens the stress of travelling to make it on time for work. This is especially true for people who are commuting daily just to get to work. They have to get into long lines in riding public transportation. They spend a few hours sitting and waiting for traffic to move. Before you can get to their workstation, they already lost all the energy they have from their night rest.
    2. It gives you more time to focus and do your work effectively. Taking off the stress from travelling, you can now put all your energy performing your task. Your mind is still fresh for new ideas.
It is not only an online worker who can benefit from this set up. Employers would be able to save cost for office space. All they have to do is to create a system that can monitor their employees' work. So that even if employees are working at the comfort of their home, companies can still measure their productivity and performance.
