Phones are everyone's best friend.More often than not we spend a lot of time on our phones either chatting or doing other fun stuff. Considering that at the age between 19 and 30 is when we are supposed to be most productive, it is only right that at this age we do our best to engage i activities that make us stay as much away from our phones as possible because we realize that during that time we are on phone, we end up wasting a lot of time that could have been put to better use, and as we all know, time waits for no man. However,if we can find more productive things to do on phone, that maybe bring income or knowledge that will make us better people then that would be a good way to use your phone.

It all depends on one's priorities, one person may be using their phone to earn an income and in such a case it would be wrong to say that they are wasting their time on the phone. Someone else may use their phone to play games as recreational activity may be after being busy for so long and the need to relax arises. What determines wastage of time on phones is time and occasion.

I think that I do spend too much time playing games and checking emails, etc on my phone. It is a nice relaxing way to unwind. I do make sure that when I am around friends that I am not rude and on my phone instead of interacting with them. Every once in awhile it’s a good idea to just spend a night without my phone.

My phone is a necessity when running my business, so I spend a lot of time on it. I receive numerous calls on any given day, as well as texts and WhatsApp messages from potential customers .

What an impressive question, because I use my phone all day everyday, because it's my money making machine. Without my phone I would be lost and clueless, because I use my phone for talking to my clients, texting, chatting online, checking my emails, blogs and website traffic and also make money from playing games using my phone. So I most definitely get my money worth from my phone plan every month.

I agree with you fully, because every time I use my phone I learn something new, because every since I purchased the phone I haven't had time to fully learn all of the functions and features. My phone does a lot more than what I think it does and I most definitely have a learning curve.

Admittedly, I always use my phone everyday. It's indispensable to me, since I have to have my phone always on standby to get in touch with clients. I also use it as a backup for my PC or laptop whenever I am on the go. It's as if I can't live without my phone, but I only treat it as an extension for my business. The hours vary depending on my needs during the day, but roughly I would say that I use my phone for about 8 hours a day on average. It's not mainly for personal use, as I'm still fond of face-to-face interactions when communicating with family and friends.

With the current world phones are essential in our lives. We have online markets, online jobs,we need information and many other things. All these can be done through mobile phones. Businesses today are made easier and more flexible with the use of phones. Even though phones have taken much of our time but I think its worth it.

How much time do I spend on my smartphone? Well, for me I spent most of my times on my smartphones, like 4-6 hours a day if you will sum it. Because for me not having a smartphone is very boring, because, in the millennial age, smartphones is a must. Because you can make your smartphone as your alarm clock, especially when you have an early job, you can also make it as your pass time, because you can play games and surf in the internet using your smartphones, but it requires a mobile data or wifi on most of the applications, also you can use your smartphones to record your memorable experience, for example taking a picture of the memorable things or places that you've been or had. You can always look at it whenever you are not doing anything and lastly, you can listen to your favorite music everytime you get bored, and it really releases my stress especially from a hard day from work. And for me, music is my life, without music I think, the world is so sad.
