As far as new movies go, I have really seen some really good movies lately, but one movie really keeps coming back to mind, "Proud Mary."

Proud Mary with Taraji P. Henson was amazingly very good. I loved the action and the way that Mary consistently found herself in situation after situation but eventually had to make a decision what it was she wanted and would become. Finally, there is the action for the movie, it starts out moving and keeps going from there. Not a moment of thought that the movie will be boring.

If you are looking for a thriller look no more, Proud Mary, is the one.

The best movies I have seen lately is Marvel's The Black Panther. Wakanda is a wonderful high tech civilization of black warriors far beyond anything Marvel or any other studio has portrayed of the black culture. The struggle continues from the death of Ta'chala's father to the defense of his name and country. It is an amazing thrill ride that will have you gasping for air and hold on to your seat because the action and CGI are incredible.

Ther are so many beautiful people of color with many familiar faces such as Chadwick Bosman of course, Angel Bassett, Michael B. Jordan, Sterling K. Brown, Lupita Nyong'o, Forest Whitaker, Daniel Kaluuya Danai Gurira just to name a few. The movie is captivating, the story is beautifully told and the cast, costumes, and production make it well work the price of admission.

I had a wonderful time, the audience enjoyed along with me and I would highly recommend it as Must See.

The best movie I have seen lately is Lean on Pete. The film is based on the novel of the same name. A heartwarming tale of a boy and his horse. A teenage boy who is living with his father finds a way to save his horse. The journey of father, son and ageing horse tells a beautiful story and heart touching moments. A mix of real life struggle amd loops of emotions which kept me connected with it. The story tells you the emotional bonding between people and animals.

The best movie I have seen lately would probably have to be Thor: Ragnarok, it was filled with action and lots of humor too plus there was some great eye candy ;) I love movies centered around the Norse and Greek mythology such as Clash of The Titans. I struggle to find good movies nowadays to watch as most of the one's I've watched lately have been terrible.

The best movie that I have seen lately is "A Quiet Place". This movie has a unique concept because the characters are not allowed to make any noise or they will be tracked down by those sound-sensitive aliens that invaded their place. I think that the idea of having no verbal scripts in the movie made it more intense and more suspense because it engages its viewers more to the scenes happening on the movie. It also challenges the actors/actresses to portray there emotions just by their facial expressions without saying any lines.

While I was watching it in the cinema, people are just quiet avoiding making a noise because they feel like they are part of the movie itself. The quiet setting of the movie made it more thrilling since there are scenes that you wouldn't expect to have jump scares in it. It builds up anticipation to the audience that made them sit on the edge of their chairs. It's a must see movie that has a fresh concept for the viewers.

I haven't seen many current movies lately. The last movie I did see on Hulu was Nerve. It's a movie about a bunch of high school kids that submit themselves to being internet puppets. Basically other people known as The Watchers get to pick dares for them to perform in exchange for a money. It mainly follows the adventures of a girl and a boy who team up to expose the people behind the phones after finding out that you can't just stop the game without consequences. It's a great movie for those that love adrenaline rushes. I would give it a 8/10 overall.

The best recent movie I've seen has to be A Quiet Place. The story is quite simple but the movie's execution was just superb. Great use of sound (or the lack of it) to set the atmosphere. Props to John Krasinski for the direction and acting. Also big props to Emily Blunt for being excellent in whatever role she stars in.

The best movie I've seen lately is probably "Me Before You". It literally melted my heart because of the romantic scenes that were shown. The end was so sad and I started to cry so hard. This movie outlines that everyone can die at any moment and for some people suicide is better than a natural death. I can't understand why but.. Oh! I could watch this movie at any moment. "Me Before You" will be forever in my heart.

Recently I watched, "Ant-Man and the Wasp," and loved it. I am a big fan of the Avengers, the idea that superheroes with extraordinary powers exist and do cool things to make the world a safer place really appeals to me, so I already was attracted to the new Ant-Man movie. In addition to my fantasy of heroes being fulfilled, I absolutely loved Paul Rudd's character, and Paul Rudd himself has a funny, charming personality, which I could see blended in along with his character development in the movie, making it funny, and suspenseful.

I just watched "Finding Forrester," last night. I know it is rather old and I have no idea why I had not seen it yet, but I like it very much. The story was very touching about two individuals bonding over a passion and bringing the best out of each other. I have been thinking about this movie non-stop.
