It is a well-known fact that many TV shows and movies have a great impact on our lives. An example for me can be the movie named 'The Great Gatsby'. It changed my perspective on looking at life. Did you have a movie or a TV Show similar to this experience? Did it change your lifestyle? Which movie was it?

My Tv show that affected my life was friends. It gave me references that I use every day in my speech, I've made friends from talking about friends, and I learned a lot about what not to do in life.

One of the earliest childhood memories I have of being deeply affected by a film is my experience of watching "Meet the Robinsons". For some reason, the mantra "Keep Moving Forward" really stuck with me and to this day I can't watch that movie without crying.

When I was in college, our professor would make us watch movies during Fridays and every free time we have. Most of this movies are documentaries. Documentaries are great movies, I love them. They are a great source of knowledge and inspiration. It opens you to a new world which you never experience. Most of them are heartbreaking, intense, and shocking. It broadens your point of view that the world is no longer black and white.

My personal favorite is the Gifted Hands. It's the story of the life of Pediatric Neurosurgeon Dr. Ben Carson. He is the doctor that made possible the successful operation of conjoined twins. His life is very inspiring and emotional. The twists and turns of his life makes you see miracles. His faith in God is his gift to everyone. Also, I have a special mention. I just recently watched this. It's Hacksaw Ridge. A soldier who save 75 wounded soldiers alone without using a gun. This movies will change your lives.

My film of all times is 'The Sound of Music' . It has affected my life in many ways. First, I teach musical literacy and I have found it doh-ray-me song a convenient intro for my students both young and old. I am also greatly touched by the near destruction of the family under the Nazis but my most memorable moment from the film is when Maria goes to the Mother for advice and she asks. The Mother reminds her that she had been taught that her purpose in life is to locate the will of God and to do it.
