There is no doubt that health is all the wealth. If we take healthy food then we can stay away from a lot of diseases and we can stay fit for long. Don't forget to include all the necessary nutrients in your daily diet. Overeating is not a healthy habit as the excess of everything is bad. If you want to eat a healthy food in a routine life then you would have to make a diet plan. Here are a few tips for eating healthy food.

Carbohydrates are important as it works like fuel for your body. Carbohydrates can be found in grains, bread, rice, beef and a lot of other food items. The average intake of calories should not increase more than 2000 calories. It also de[pends on your daily work routine. If you take more carbohydrates than your need, these will become a part of the fat in your body.

Protein is important to metabolize your body. Protein helps your body to repair or make new cells in your body. It is also important to gain or maintain your muscle size. Most of the bodybuilders are much conscious about their protein intake as they have to develop the large muscles. What is daily food intake routine?

I have a bad habit of not eating healthy. I love junk food and all that food which is not good for health but I will try to change it because I do not want diseases either and all that junk food can make you really sick.
I think every one should have balance diet which includes dairy, salads, meat, lentils and fruits. Every thing which is natural and organic should be consumed and this is the way that we can live healthy life.

I know I need to start eating much healthier. I just find it's hard to break the habit, especially because I lead such a busy life. This year I am planning on really changing things, although I know it's not going to be easy. I often know what is healthy food wise, but because I'm busy I don't have enough time to cook nice nutritious meals. I often will find myself picking at something easy to make in the fridge, or in the cupboard. This time, I am going to make the time no matter now challenging this will be.

I'm also going to combine exercise with my diet plan. I'm often busy in the day, so I'm going to put aside time early in the mornings to exercise and then I'm going to cook healthy meals that I can freeze for later.

No one can deny that all the major groups of food (carbohydrates, fats, proteins, vitamins and minerals) are very important and that we should plan our meals but I think that there are some foods that we can call the super-foods due to their numerous health benefits such as olives, figs, dates and many others. We should try to have these super-foods as a part of our daily meals.

This is a complex question. There are I believe some foods which will always be bad for you (junk food), simply because they contain artificial ingredients which our bodies don't recognise as "food" and as far as our bodies are concerned anything which is not food, because they cannot get nutrition from it, can only be poison. There is no biological in-between as far as our bodies are concerned.
Having said that, I also believe that good quality food is healthy based on circumstances. For example, an organically produced apple full of vitamins and antioxidants may be just what you need let's say as part of your breakfast when you start a new day. But, that same organically produced apple will be poison if eaten at the end of a big meal when your body does not need the extra calories, even if it's full of vitamins and antioxidants.
