I think cartoons are for everybody.Your age is not a factor on what you watch and like. All that matters is if it is entertaining to you.It is important to keep your youth as long as possible.

No, and you guys have to agree with it. Cartoons is for everybody, especially when it comes on age level. And there are also cartoons that is suitable and really for adults but still we cannot deny the fact that it is good that you have been able to watch your favorite cartoons, all at once.

The perfect example of that is me. Yes, me. I still watch cartoons even if I am already 19 years old. Especially when it is my favorite ones being aired. It's just that it feels different. It feels like you have been into being a kid again. You will start reminiscing the good moments and memories way back and it feels so good. You can even remember and realize how awesome childhood was and how you badly want to pull back the days when you were just a kid. Because in that stage, there are no problems, less stress, no pressure and no deadlines to meet. All you have to do is to play and play until when you feel that you are already tired. Oh I miss my childhood days! If I could just turn back time, I will definitely enjoy every minutes and seconds of it. Too bad I wont be able do to that anymore but I am glad I have experienced everything and have kept good memories.

Not at all! I feel person of any age can enjoy the cartoons. Look at the huge variety of characters we have here - right from Tom and Jerry to Ben 10, you can always find a character which suits your interest and age! ;)

If at all I find any episode of Disney's Aladdin, I will leave my work and focus on that 20 minutes episode! I was so crazy for it when it used to air during the evening hours in India, recently I did find few episodes on YouTube, but still I'm looking for all of them.

I can see how as a children you get attracted to these fictional character, but certainly, as I can talk from my experience, these cartoons will still remain relevant and entertaining for the older me as well!

Well I'm 27, and a also watched all of the titles you listed.

In my opinion there will always be two kinds of people. Some will always claim that cartoons are only for children and a completely waste of time, which i disagree:) And the other that will tell you that you should always do what you love and if you are having fun than good for you.

Yes there are adult cartoons but I enjoy watching some cartoons that I liked as a kid, although I must admit some of them haven't aged well.

So yeah, as I said do what you love, don't take other peoples opinions seriously and personally, and most importantly have fun :)

Some cartoons are for adults while some are for kids. Cartoons like Sophia the first is for kids to help them learn and Cartoons like South park, futurama, the Simpsons are for adults. I don't think a kid can watch a cartoon like family guy or American dad and also some go both ways like spongebob .

I feel like its not only for kids its for any age as long as you enjoy it. Tons of people watch anime and that is just a Japanese cartoon. But if you feel self conscious about watching cartoons whatever. I still watch SpongeBob sometimes.

I agree with you whole-heartedly! Bojack Horseman is definitely not a show for kids, haha. Between drinking, drugs, and the touch subject matter such as death and emotional abuse, it's enjoyable for adults and adults only. I personally have never seen the Simpsons or South Park, though. Would you recommend viewing them?

My favorite cartoon is Bob's Burgers. It's relatively family friendly, and I would guess that kids older than age 12 or so would enjoy it. It follows Bob Belcher and his family: his wife Linda, his oldest daughter Tina, his son Gene, and his youngest girl Louise. Bob tries to keep his burger restaurant running while Tina gets too involved in other people's lives, and his kids get into mischief. If you're looking for a light-hearted laugh, it's a great show.

Even though I'm 30 I still like cartoons. Obviously I like adult cartoons like Family Guy and American Dad, but I also like The Simpsons, Futurama, Recess and especially Wacky Races. Cartoons are great fun and help you unwind. They are light relief with good stories. I liked Jessica Rabbit in cartoon and non cartoon scenarios.

I definitely believe that cartoons are meant for children and adults. I grew up watching cartoons and still do. As a parent, I feel like I watch them more than ever. Some of me and my son's favorites: Horton Hears A Who! , The Boss Baby, and Ice Age.

My 34 year old self loves Happy Tree Friends, Rick and Morty, South Park, Family Guy, and Mr. Pickles to name a few. Oh and don't forget Spongebob Squarepants. Almost everybody loves cartoons I guess. I would even watch Baby TV and other children cartoons with my nephew. Sometimes you'll be surprised how much adult humor they put into these cartoons and that's the fun of it.

No! Cartoons are not only for kids, I'm 36 years old but I always watching cartoons together with my wife and two kids. We always watched Naruto, Disney's cartoon movies, and Cartoon Network. I don't know why so many people keep on saying that cartoon is only for kids. If they are young at heart like me maybe they understand that cartoons are not only for kids but also for a young at heart.

Absolutely not. Cartoons may typically be for kids, but this does not necessarily mean that adults can't join in to watch them or even enjoy them. Cartoons can also be enjoyed by adults. Plus, there are also a lot more different types of cartoons that are more mature and are actually intended for the adult demographic.

No, I think that watching cartoons is a family activity these days because more parents have kids that watch these cartoons. I watch The Simpsons, American Dad, Rin and Stimpy, grew up watching Beavis and Butthead, and then watching these little movies for Disney like The Little Mermaid or recently the japanese animation movies interest me. I find that cartoons ease my stress of just watching everyday regular people on television or renting a movie that's non cartoon. I like the story lines. Sometimes though, I do have to turn the cartoon off because it gets to be a little too, how shall I say, out of this world and fake and just unreal for me, and I realize I better just watch the news soon, or watch regular TV for adults!! I have to laugh because I do watch some cartoons that are so sad and beautifully drawn and created that it is like watching a regular movie. They have them on youtube.com. But in reality, a sense of bringing back childhood is true but the reality also is turn on the regular news and television and watch adult movies! We are adults and have the responsibility for our children to just stay "in tune" with the regular world too!

Cartoons are definitely not only for kids to watch! I don't watch many cartoons anymore but I would still enjoy them if I did. Cartoons are so comedic and can make anyone laugh on the worst days, not just kids. In many cartoons, there are also things that teens or adults would understand better than a child would anyway. I know some people who aren't children, who still watch and enjoy cartoon shows very much!

Even when I'm already adult in body, I'm still a kid in mind and heart. I really like Disney, Pixar, and Dreamworks movies. My sister and I watched Shrek 1 to 4 so much that we can hold our entire conversations with the exact lines from the movie.

I believe that movies are for everyone, regardless of age. If you enjoy a kid's show, why not? It's your preference and taste, this is a free country and you shouldn't allow any one else judgment to deter you from what you like.

Cartoons do not necessarily mean that they are for kids. "Cartoon" is just a term used for a type of art-style that can sometimes be animated. There are many cartoons that are not for kids.

Rick and Morty is a good example. It's technically a "cartoon", but the contents of its plot and themes are definitely not for kids and are made for adults only. It also contains violence, gore, sexual references, and other content that you wouldn't want to show to a kid.

Plus, even cartoons that are for kids can be enjoyed by adults (Gravity Falls is a good example) because of nostalgia or because the plot is good.

    Well as for Watching Cartoons...
I basically think that the Cartoons nowadays, which are the Big Hits, on Television, are the ones which are very mature.
Most of the ones I have seen, are the ones which are intended for Mature Audiences. Perhaps in some cases, that mature audiences, are comprised of actual Kids, who(m) have been exposed towards the Maturely Themed Cartoons already. They are definitely different now, than when I had grown up. Back in those days I would wait for Cartoons to show on the Television, on early Saturday Mornings. In today's Cartoon Watching World, they are available anytime on demand. And won't necessarily be the limited assortment as I watched like... ("Bugs Bunny", "Tom & Jerry", "He- Man",etc)

Nowadays if I do watch Cartoons, I would definitely think of "Family Guy" 1st-2nd-& 3rdly.
However I also like some others, which involves an individual character, from the "Family Guy Cartoon".
(Can't think of the name right now, with that one Neighboring Character from "Family Guy", but I watched it once and I really liked it !)
