This is a popular opinion nowadays as many schools around the world try to use the newest technology in their education systems. While many agree to this decision, some disagree thinking that technology can be harmful to their children. Examples of harmful effects of technology can be health issues, age issued ads, and the distraction from the classes. What do you think? Should we use iPads, Phones in our classes? Does your child use it in school?

Nowadays, Technology is everywhere. There are pro's and con's to this issue. Using technology in learning allows students to experiment more in pedagogy and get instant feedback as well as ensuring full participation and have access to fresh information that can supplement their learning. On the other hand, it can disconnect students from social interactions and it can also be a distraction. In today's hyper-connected world, sensible use of technology can enhance education.

Hi dear Elgis ,just as Cashe has pointed out there are pros and con's of the technology, we can't deny this. As for my part technology has opened many good things compared to the bad ones. Students should embrace it ,more so those doing e-learnig to further their education. It helps them in getting a direct touch/response from their teachers and everything else becomes easy.

If we have to employ technology in learning, higher levels of discipline should also be observed. This is majorly on the learner's side. The learner should be focused on reaping the necessary and leaving the unnecessary.

My opinion on this is that schools should use mostly technology to teach. From all the things the internet can do these days to how much paper that can save the world.

Technology is everywhere and entwined in our daily lives so when technology in the classroom is used correctly it opens up possibilities for more student learning. I strive to make my classroom a fun, engaging place to learn every day. By integrating technology into the classroom in a meaningful and purposeful way, I am able to hold and sustain a student’s love for learning. Using technology in the classroom has transformed me into an educator that is a conceptual thinker, generator of ideas, and a self-starter.
