Has anyone seen the Little Prince? The Netflix version? I believe it was made a couple years ago. Anyway, that movie made me cry. I would recommend it to anyone, as it is absolutely AMAZING. The sad music and sad themes made me cry. It's not anything like the book The Little Prince. In fact, I would even go so far as to say it is as good as the book--definitely as entertaining. I loved it. However, if you have read the book, be forewarned that it is different--although many people think of it as better.

Treasure Planet is the movie that makes me cry, it is about a father and son relationship. A story of a father that is needed to leave his family in ordered to fulfill his mission to save mankind from extinction, but his son doesn't know that his father is going on a mission that even him didn't know if he can still come back home alive. Many years have past and he decided to search for his father only to find out that his father is already dead. This is a very sad movie, every time I watched this movie, it always make's me cry.

“The Last Song” has always made me bawl my eyes out. It stars Miley Cyrus as the main protagonist that goes with her younger brother to stay with her father, who happens to be ill, over the summer. It’s a story of her falling in love with the character played by Liam Hemsworth. It involves love, forgiveness, and baby turtles. Every time I watch it I can’t hold the tears back.

Thousands of hundreds movies out there to choose. One of the best movies that made me cry was a movie with a title as Changeling by Angelina Jolie. It was a true to life movie which was happen on the 60. This movie was about the single parent who was working in the telephone company as supervisor which is Angelina. Her son was just 7 year old. One day Angelina had off and she wanted to spend her entire day to her son but her manager called and requested her to work. She left her son alone in the house and she told him she would back immediately. When she came back she never saw her son in the house until she found he was missing. During that time, many unsolved cases about missing children. She did not stop and she fought to find her son. The police was covering the story. They hired a child to act like her son. But she was the mother and she knew that child was not her son. She talked different news about it until one time the police arrested her and they told the people that she was insane. She brought to a hospital and they let her stay there for long. Angelina Jolie was known for many there. Her friends helped her out in the hospital and they filed case against the police officers who did wrong for her. She found out that her son was kidnapped by notorious man and died. She was still hoping that her son was not dead and they would reunited again. That story was really heavy and sad. A real mothers love to her son.

I believe I saw that movie and it made me cry! I also know there is a really old movie that will make you cry! It's called, "The boy who could fly," and I saw it in the movie theaters and cried and cried sooo much my parents had to escort me out of the theater holding me close because I was sooo miserable! I don't recommend going to see that movie for it's just so emotional and you would have to be so prepared at having to cry for the plot is so sad and the scenes are filmed so depressingly and you really feel bad about the main character. It just is not my favorite movie for I just classify it as the one movie that WILL make me shed tears and then I can't stop and feel miserable. In life, movies like that are ok, but I don't think I would just promote it as my favorite all time movie. A movie that makes me cry is certainly great but not the best because I don't like to promote the fact that it causes me depression! I mean, who wants to promote the movies that make them cry? It's almost like saying, yeah, I like crying and feel like a good cry and then getting into stuff like that really causes mental issues!

I also saw this movie! It didn't make me cry that much only a little compared to others I've seen but it was so sad to watch. I think Angelina Jolie is such an amazing actress that I make every effort to watch her movies. I remember feeling sad when she just could never find her son and that made me cry. The whole movie was filmed wonderfully and the plot was so well thought out. I also just felt a sense of awe for watching her acting abilities and her emotions expressed were so perfect. The whole movie, I agree has a feeling of heaviness and sadness. I don't think I'd truly want to see it again but I may just to see Angelina acting I know it will be a great movie and well worth the time to watch.

I saw Titanic and I cried so hard! It truly is an amazing movie. The funny part was I was working for a major radio station when it came out and we had to do opening movie premiers for Titanic. So I saw it three or four times in a row and each time I cried so I spent like, weeks in misery!!!! That's how popular the movie was...so many people came out to see the opening and it just had to be promoted by the station so many times that I cried for a long time. Yes, when Jack actually died I really felt sad and cried. I also felt sad in the end when she actually said her last name was Jack's last name when asked who she was. I really think that Titanic is the saddest love story I could ever imagine seeing. I hope they make more love story movies like that, but who can complain when Leonardo Di Caprio is playing the part? I mean, he is just an amazing actor!

I am a very sensitive person and I think I have cried watching several movies. However the movie that made me very sad and which had a lasting impact on my mind was a movie based on the book named " The Diary of Anne Frank ", I don't remember the title of the movie but it must be named after Anne Frank.

I had already read the book on Anne Frank, a couple of times before watching the movie. However, watching a movie has a very profound impact on our mind. I could see the story happening in front of my eyes and it did make me feel very sad. The struggles that Anne and her family had to go through to escape from the clutches of the Nazis have been beautifully depicted in the movie. The actors have also done justice to there roles.

In the end, in spite of all the trials and struggles that Anne and her family went through, most of her family including her had to suffer a very tragic death. Once her diary was recovered Anne Frank became an unforgettable legend.

Me Before You was an amazing movie that made me cry. I have seen it countless times and have a hard time holding tears back each time. The story line tells a tragic but lovely story of two people, man and woman, who meet when the woman gets a job, working for the man but in a more comfortable and intimate environment, as the man is disabled and needs support with everyday activities. They soon get closer and seem to fall in love with each other, but things turn around when the woman makes a sad discovery about the man's future.

A river runs through it. Watched the movie few times at least, and everytime I watch it, I cry. Such an emotional movie. Basically, it tells the story about two brothers, they are both good, but younger, Paul, has bad habits, precisely, he loves to gamble, and the older one, Norman, has good habits, he continues to study, etc... The whole movie is showing connection between the brothers and their father, their love for each other, which is best shown by their hobby, fishing. It is the family thing, and despite to the all of the differences between them, fishing always reunites them, and brings them back to childhood. In the end of the movie, the brother with bad habits, Paul (Brad Pitt), is killed because of the gambling. I always cry in the end of the movie.

I watched a movie about human trafficking. It opened up my eyes, and i dont think i cried that much in my life. It was so sad and to know this happens to girls every day...It was the most heart wrenching thing i have ever watched. Truly, its horrific, i dont even have words how bad it made me feel. and the other one is I Am Legend. I got dust in both of my eyes and had to sob uncontrollably to get it out, completely unrelated to the fact that I just watched Will Smith forced to kill his own dog.

I can't think of any Movie which has ever made me Cry,because there hasn't been any Movie, which has made me Cry.
To me , no Movie is serious enough to cause me to Cry, because Movies are for Entertainment Only, for the most part.
Although, I may get caught up sometimes into a Movie, which I may be watching at a certain time, I never get to the point of thinking that my own personal emotions are at-play. Deep down, I am always able to distinguish between Reality & Movie Watching.

If someone does get caught up into a Movie so much to the point that it makes them Cry, I think it would be a Female probably.
However not just any Female, but probably a Young Female, or one which is overly sensitive to things in life.

"Love is always patient and kind. It is never jealous. Love is never boastful or conceited. It is never rude or selfish. It does not take offense and is not resentful. Love takes no pleasure in other people’s sins, but delights in the truth. It is alwaysready to excuse, to trust, to hope, and to endure whatever comes.” This is a verse from the Bible. But, I honestly heard of it for the first time because of "A Walk to Remember". I have seen a lot of movies, there are a number of films that made me cry my heart out, but when I read the name of the thread, what immediately came to my mind was the said movie, which came from the novel of Nicholas Sparks.

We always hope for a happy ending, though it's too much of a cliche, but who doesn't want to be happy? That's what I felt upon watching the film, I was hoping for a miracle as I always do in real life. However, the end speaks to us, to me, that we can't always have what we want. Fate has a natural order of things. God has plans for us and even the death of a loved one is part of it. Things happen for a reason, that's what I learned from the movie. However, I can't help but cry. We cannot help but be disappointed and cry sometimes when things don't go in ways we expect. We sometimes blame other people or even God, who has done nothing but love us. Though crying is a natural response, being disappointed is a choice, we can be sad, but we have to always think why things happen. What we want may not happen for us, but always remember, God has bigger plans for us. Thus, always hold onto that.

"A Walk To Remember" has given me a lot of thoughts to ponder and important lessons that I should be applying in real life. Though I bawled my eyes out for the whole night, and woke up with big eye bags on the next day, it still leaves important life lessons that I can bring everywhere.

There are lots of movies that made me cry but there is one movie I cannot forget. It is the Miracle in Cell Number 7. It is a korean movie that will surely make you cry. So heartbreaking. Even my child 7 year old daughter cried when she saw it and blames me for watching it again.

I am not an emotional person.I am not the type of person that cry at the drop of a hat during sappy parts of movies. But one movie that made me develop teary eyes to the extent that I had to stifle tears when it welled up at the corners of my eyes was a movie titled "Hachiko". Hachiko taught me about true friendship and loyalty.

The movie that made me cried the most is 50 First Dates. It has a great and unique story. It was a story about a playboy who was afraid of commitment until he met the girl of his dreams. But the girl is is not just an ordinary girl. She has a short-term memory loss. She forgets him every next day. So, the guy put so much effort to remake their love story every day. The story is kind of sad but it is amazing at the same time. If you want to know what true love is, then you must watch this movie.

I am a big fan of the Lord of the Rings trilogy, so I usually shed a tear or two at the end, when fellowship goes separate ways. But the movie that I literally cried to was Hachi: A Dog's Tale. It is one of the saddest stories I've seen, and it is even based on true events. I've watched it with a couple of my friends and everyone cried, both guys and girls. I would recommend this movie to every animal lover out there because it shows the pure and simple love that our furry friends can give.

There are a lot of movies out there that made me bawled out. I really love movies that made me cry because, in that sense, the story really got into me.

Recently, I cried a lot with "The Impossible" movie, it talks about a family that had a vacation in Thailand but Tsunami wreaked havoc their place and the family including the 3 little boys are separated from each other. I cried on the scenes wherein my faith in humanity has been restored. People are helping each other without exchange for something. They are willing to help someone even though they are the one who needs help.

Another movie is, "3 Idiots", this timeless movie that was made in 2009 still hits home to me. It's been 10 years but it still tackling the same problems that we have in school and with our family. Thriving to be successful with money and your degree but forgetting how to have fun and be happy. Isn't being happy also equals being successful?

I know there will be a lot of movies that I will discover after some time and it's great to see some of the recommendations in this thread, I will definitely add them to my playlist.

There are two movies that have made me cry and still make me teary whenever I watch them: Saving Private Ryan and Schindler's List. These two based on the events that occurred in the Second World War demonstrates the effects of human evil and the extent to which humans can go to mess with each other. They also demonstrate the good in humans and the sacrifices humans can make when they want to do good.
