In October the most popular thing that you should witness is the Maskara Festival in Bacolod, this usually happens third week of October. The festival has food fairs, mask-making contests and brass-band competitions. In November, this is the best time to travel if you want to have the best value for money since airlines usually have their seat sale and also there are lesser crowds. December is a cool month so you might want to visit Baguio and go strawberry picking or Tagaytay to try their best bulalo in town.
