Nowadays, TVs are having a prominent place in entertainment. Nearly fifteen years ago, there was only one channel to watch on TV. If we want to watch the movie, it would take time up to one week. That is on Sundays only. But, now with a number of channels, one can watch a number of movies on one day. So, children are wasting their time by watching TVs. How can the members react to this thread about the genuine of it?

Watching TV is good for everyone when we spent enough time for it, not too much. Nowadays, we have many kinds of TV, and the most interesting TV i think is smart TV. This means in TV we have internet access, have more and more programmes than other TVs. Children spent much of time to watch programmes day by day, this makes the terrible in learning result, tired, health reducing, sometimes may be some adult programmes if we can't classify them.

Sorry, I don't understand your question.

Where are you from that only had one tv channel in 2003?.
Here in Britain we already had 5 analogue terrestrial TV stations, plus many more available via digital, cable and satellite broadcasting.

TV being bad for children has been an opinion since before I was born (so pre the 1980s), but is it really worse than playing video games, or always being the internet / smartphones etc?
