My son can barely walk in the morning because his feet hurt. Trying to find a way to fix this so hearing from others can sometimes help.

Tell what types of pain you experience and if you found a solution for it.

I go to bed with pain and not surprisingly, I wake up with pain. I think where I come from they call it 'old age'. Seriously, someone should have warned me and I would have tried to take some preemptive measures. That 'enemy' sneaked up on me and has taken up permanent residence in my life. If I am being really, really serious now, I believe my real problem is arthritis. I don't know there is a solution but I know what should help is a healthier diet, exercise, and shedding some pounds. I am no fan of pain killers, but if I must, I take the odd pill.

Jadcia, I am not sure how old your son is, but if this is an ongoing daily pain, I seriously recommend you have him see a doctor. The most common form of arthritis is Osteoarthritis which I believe is my problem and usually develops as we head into the forties and fifties. Rheumatoid arthritis can present itself even in children, so I would check it out if it persist. If your son is involved in sports this could also be part of his problem. Still, if you are uncomfortable, get a medical brain to diagnose the problem.

Chronic pain is a growing problems among people of all ages and walks of life. My non profit organization, GEMS Empowered Inc. provides incubations services for other start up non profits. The most recent graduate is a non profit called Many Infinities that is dedicated to eradicating autoimmune disorders. Many autoimmune disorders are characterized by chronic pain. I encourage you, if you have not already done so to take your son to the doctor. Juvenile arthritis could be the culprit especially if there are other autoimmune disorders prevalent in your family, such as rheumatoid, lupus or fibromyalgia. I am also curious to know how things are going, keep us posted.

I do not know how old your son is or if he is on his feet alot, but I would recommend him seeing a doctor. I used to not be able to hardly stand to walk at all due to my feet hurting. I went to the doctor and found out I have Plantar Fascitis, which is inflammation in the main muscle in the foot. I was put on an anti-inflammatory medication and after it got in my system my feet felt so much better.
