Working out and going to the gym has recently became really popular.A lot of teenagers as well as middle age users have started to work out either at home or at a local gym.I my self work out every two days at a gym.It has became my healthy life routine as well as something that keeps me in shape and motivates me to eat healthy and look stunning.I don't encourage using supplements.I like to workout without using them even though a lot of builders and personal trainers suggest using them so we can build our muscles faster.

So,do you guys go to the gym and do you like working out in general?Share your thoughts with me!

I like working out. I like the feelings associated with working out... Accomplishment... More Energy.... But, despite knowing other benefits I can derive from working out, and the feelings I just stated, I still don't workout like I know I need to. While I have a busy schedule and a lot going on, I also am aware that when you consider something to be important, you make time for it. The reality is, while I like working out, I don't do it because I don't find it to be important.

I used to go to the gym when I was younger. It also helped me much to keep fit and look wonderful. I used special equipment and also worked on my flexibility.

When I was 23, I left the gym since I felt that it would be for the better. I bought a fitness program that I use at home, it saves much time. I attend a back massage course once in six months and anti-cellulite massage course once a year. I feel that this is what my body needs now to look great.

I used to go to the gym when I had time after work. I enjoyed the experience but after I was transferred to a different station, I wasn't able to go regularly. Now, I am planning to go back to the gym and get my body back into shape. And yes, while round is a shape, I want a V-shape once more.

No. I used to go before couple of years when I was younger. Now I have found other methods and not so radical, to force the body. It's not for me.

Yes! I go to the gym every Monday and Thursday, but sometimes I preferred to do an exercise right here in my backyard. Many people don't want to go to a gym because of the traffic jam, many people spent much more time being stranded on the road before they can even start to do an exercise at the gym. Some people avoid expensive membership fee, but here in the Philippines gym membership fee are cheap, my only problem is the traffic jam, I always spent one to two hours on the road and because of that, I'm already tired before I can even start to do an exercise.

Going to the gym is indeed in the rise in the recent times. People of diverse backgrounds have considered going to the gym to get good shape, make the body to be physically fit from the gym exercises, and also to sell certain goods to the gym participants. Politicians have also been able able to get opinion leaders from the gym who are helpful in influencing members to accept their campaign manifestos. Meaningful and lasting relationships have been created at the gym. This is therefore an important activity both socially, economically, and politically.

I have never been to the gym despite the numerous benefits obtained from the same. I am yet to consider going to the gym.

My daughter takesself defense classes at the ymca and I take water aerobics. On Mondays she attends water aerobics with me.

Did you know that if you are low income you can apply to get a scholarship to the YMCA? I pay $20/m for our family membership and individuals who are approved pay $10/m.

I prefer to work out at home. I find I'm more mobilized when I can just do it where I live instead of always having to drive to the gym, and sometimes have to wait to use certain equipment. I find I'm just more limited to equipment at home but I always try to mix things up and experiment a bit with my exercises.

I always do my workouts at home. I have always preferred body weight exercises. However, my dad had created a whole gym in his garage and he used to stay quite fit. If one likes to workout in company then the gym is better.

Its good that people are going to the gym. Technique is important though. You can really do your body damage, your back for example.

My brother has terrible, ugly scars on his muscles from bench pressing too much. Just another example, not technique related but still

I once had a six month subscribtion to a lady fitness gym and visited it three times. It was a total wast of money on my part, so I prefer videos, youtube and walking. Working out alone can be demotivating and dangerous, if you don't know what you're doing.

People going to the gym does have its perks. Professional instructors can correct your poster and moves, and help to motivate you during your workout. Which is safer for your body.
