    Dry skin is far more prone to damage than healthy, moisturized skin. That said, choosing the right moisturizer, something natural and lightweight that doesn’t leave your face feeling greasy, is very important. Massage your skin with coconut oil after shower and watch your wrinkles disappear.

    Fruits and vegetables.
    Fresh fruits and vegetables filled with Vitamins A and D will help to plump your skin and make it seem to glow from the inside. Sip on fresh vegetable juice from your local juice bar or make your own fresh fruit and vegetable drinks at home.

    Wear sunscreen whenever you go out! The most powerful cause of prematurely aged skin is exposure to the sun. This is why darker-skinned people usually look younger in their later years compared to lighter-skinned people; melanin protects the skin from sun damage. However, that doesn't mean darker-skinned people can be complacent. No matter the color of your skin, protect it with sunscreen. Even when the sun does not appear bright, say on a cloudy day, still wear sunscreen. UV rays are invisible and can cause damage even when it doesn't feel hot and sunny.

    Bring a parasol with you whenever you go out. It might not look cool to appear scared of the sun, but your skin will thank you for it later.

    Consequently, avoid tanning beds. They result in ugly-colored, prematurely aged skin.
