Death is a natural thing. It is feared by many yet cannot be avoided; everyone will die one day. I love what some funny friends sent me through WhatsApp sometimes. "R.I.P In advance." At first it was scary stuff to read but it made me realize that it is time to accept death in its nature.

One thing still scares me though and that is the rise of premature death rates. Many of us wish to be forever young and never die young but are we really careful enough to never die young? Premature death can be prevented through living life carefully. First, by avoiding the use of deadly drugs that can harm the normal functioning of the body. Secondly is eating healthy foods in small amounts. Research has shown that eating too much decreases life longetivity. Thirdly, drive well or cross the road carefully to avoid road accidents. Lastly, live a life full of joy. Scientific study of laughter has shown that laughing adds more days on earth.

There are a number of ways to avoid premature death. You can add to the list

Also, working out and running outside or on the treadmill are very beneficial and can make you live a longer life. Working out and running are very good for the muscles, heart, and the lungs. Another thing that can prolong your life span is be not being obese or overweight. Studies have linked obesity to an earlier death. Any one else want to add to the list?

It is highly variable. If the factors leading to the death can be controlled then it can be prevented however in cases like accidents it is unlikely. If you are concerned about your health it is advised that you talk to your doctor and have routine checkups. You could also do some personal research about your family and see what kind of diseases are present, if some of them are genetic you should discuss that too with your doctor. This could help with early screening and possibly better treatment.
