Hey guys ..I really love eating as well as cooking. You know what? One thing that never lacks in my groccery shopping is garlic.
A raw garlic as I always advocate. Garlics have a long history of curing many diseases and so infusing just as simple as one clove in your food keeps the doctor away.Try it and you will thank me later.

I agree. Garlic has medicinal properties. If you eat raw garlic on an empty stomach, your body can obtain an effective natural antibacterial. This helps you prevent certain ailments. Garlic helps you fight cough, colds, cancer, heart conditions, and many others.

We use garlic in cooking because it adds flavor to our food, especially when making a tasty sauce. Garlic makes fried chicken tastier and makes it smell so good.

Yes, for me garlic is favorite as well. I put in in almost all my meals. The taste and smell makes me feel good. And to add to that, garlic is a superfood. It has potent antibacterial, antifungal and anti-inflammatory properties and it treats several illnesses.

I am also a fun of meals with garlic, I like the flavor and most importantly, the health benefits in it. I have always used it when I have a cold and it does a great work, the cold clears within a short time.

Study has also shown that, it improves cholesterol levels, which may lower heart disease, contains antioxidant that may help prevent Alzheimer's disease and dementia and help detoxify heavy metals in the body protecting the body from several cancers.

I am glad to see many garlic-fan! Garlic is a magical plant, especially because of its antibiotic properties. I love eating garlic cooked in my foods, usually stirfried. But when I have a cold, I have the habit to eat raw garlic as a medicine. I don't chew it, as it makes my breath very smelling, but I just cut it very small and swallow it raw with some water. It always works for me!

Garlic has a lot of medical properties, it is antibacterial, anti-fungal, anti-inflammatory, it helps to lower blood pressure and it also helps to improve cholesterol levels. A very potent food.

I love the smell of garlic! I belief it has many healing properties, the only problem I find is that with heavy garlic consumption body odor can be unbearable.

I just saw something on Youtube about how to grow 12 inches sauteeing 8-10 cloves of garlic in the skins and eating it everyday. One guy in the comments said he did it for 4 1/2 months. So I guess another 1/2 month would have been too much ...

Garlic is awesome, and it grows well too. I wonder why I have not seen a garlic cake with garlic icing yet. Maybe because garlic ice cream is not for sale yet? Look forward to it.
