Sad to say I don't play any sports. I don't know why maybe because I don't fit to play any sports. Growing up was kind of rough to me because I used to have an asthma. I'm not allowed to get tired because my asthma will attack. So I'm very conscious about my activities that time. One time in High School during P.E I got the chance to play volleyball. I remember playing volleyball was so enjoyable but it requires energy for me to be able to keep up in the game. I was sad when I told my teacher that I couldn't play volleyball because I have asthma. Even if I wanted to join the team I couldn't to do anything about it because I can't risk my life.

I got lot of insecurities growing up. I'm not like other kids that have strong body. Why can't I play sports? Why my body is so weak? Those were the questions that I keep asking myself until now. I just hope that I could do sports like volleyball and tennis but for now I'm just contented watching it on TV. Thanks for inventing TV because even if I don't play sports whenever I watch games I feel like I'm in the real game and I also imagine that I'm the player. I just do hope that it's never too late to learn new sports even if my older now.

Are there any sports that don't require giving too much energy? If the answer is yes, maybe I could fit on that sport.

Usually, I play football with my friends. We hangout at the local park after school before heading home, and we play football.
Sometimes, when we get bored or gat into a fight, we play volleyball or badminton. I’m kinda good at both these games.

I love boxing! It's been part of my life for my 5 years to keep myself healthy and fit. Aside from the health benefits I get from this sport, it becomes my hobby so I really enjoy it. I have no plans to compete or be a professional but if an opportunity comes, I'll not hesitate to grab it to see what else I'm capable of achieving in this sport. In my country, violent individuals and bullies are everywhere and for self defense, I chose boxing though I know mixed martial arts as well for flexibility.

Boxing is also a stress reliever for me. I go to gym whenever I feel something negative about me. So far, it helped me burn tons of calories, made me really strong in no time. This is always included in my workouts. Boxing is life! 2.jpg

    My favourite sport is Handball.
The game is addictive, its such a great sport to play, it's alot of fun and great for fitness. Once you start playing you get sucked into the handball vortex, you just want to play all the time (ha ha or maybe that's just me?) Even watching games, it's such a great sport.

I started swimming when I was four years old. It all started when I got diagnosed with asthma as a child. I was in and out of the hospital and my doctors have been prescribing me medications left and right. After learning about how swimming helps prevent asthma as it strengthens the lungs, my parents then enrolled me to the toddler's class. It was a fun activity when I was growing up as a kid to adolescence because I love the water. Swimming also helped me become more competitive to learn more and be better. As I progressed from beginner's class to the competitive group. It helped me improve my self worth as I earned medals when competing in national competitions. I also noticed a lot of changes in my body built that until now I was still able to maintain even when I stopped doing the sport 15 years ago. My shoulders became broad, my tummy is flat and my hamstrings have built even when I also do not go to the gym. The sport did not only help me prevent my asthma from recurring but it also helped me become physically fit. I learned also that swimming is a sport for people who needs physical rehabilitation because it helps you build muscle without exertion. I would recommend this sport to people of all ages because of the benefits it bring to your holistic self.

The sports that I love to play is Basketball, it's a physical game, and at the same time its a strategy game. It requires shooting skills to win on this game. But most of the time being strategic is a must. Because shooting skills are useless if you don't have your strategy. How if the defenders defend you well? Can you still shoot? Of course not, because even you are really good at shooting if the defenders are good, your shooting skills are useless. The basketball game is a 5 on 5 matches. So if you are strategic, you may ask for a help on your teammates to assist you for you to shoot the ball freely without the offenders.

I love swimming because it's good for muscles and health. I gained my friends by going to swimming activities. Swimming makes you so relaxed after the work out. It gives you a good night sleep and makes you fully energized when you wake you. Try it.

As @mr.opinion, In the past I've played basketball and tried out for football in high school until a knee injury took me out of the game.
Now, I lift about 4 days a week. My bad knees stop me from playing any kind of sport and I can't even jog (which I loved). So, I stick to free weights and walks about 2 hours a day. That keeps my mind off the fact that I'm jobless and the stress involved with that.

I play soccer. Is s sport I started playing when I was very young due to proximity of our home to the city stadium. It encourages teamwork and socializing as you play 22 players in both sides.Apart from teamwork and socializing, soccer enhance and encourages critical thinking particularly when you want to tackle your opponent or play safe. Moreover soccer keeps one fit and healthy as it is an exercising activity.

I love playing basketball. This in not our national sport but this is the sport that our country is passionate about. I've been playing basketball since I was a kid and I have joined several basketball league in our local community. Now, at the age of 34 I am still playing basketball with my Church mates every Sunday after our Church service.

I play football and do athletics. I am currently training for track and field. Most people view sports as a gifted trait that we were born with. However, I've seen skinny children playing great rugby as adults. What do you think? To what extent does talent count for performance in sports?

I enjoy a board game, the first time I saw a chess board and its pieces back when I was a young boy, I'm amazed and kind of feel that I want to learn this board game and being in a chess tournament one day, being a good player of it or perhaps being known to play good at it. Not so long during my high school days I learned how to play it by just watching somebody just sitting here and there but that time I’m still shy to join a high school sport.

The highlight is that, when I began to study at college back in the days I trained and sacrifice some of my time to deeply understand it and start to join every tournament in the school, luckily I was chosen as one of the varsity of my school and was able to win several chess tournament and Inter-Campus Athletic Meet, and my friends being proud of that and also me being proud of myself, I almost can’t believe I did it.

I like to play a good game of Football from time to time. Especially on a cool, crispy fall day, nice clean air. Not too hot outside, not too cold. Although I don't play all the time, if I have a choice, it's Football for me. It gives me a chance to refocus myself, and think outside of my everyday box. Great post..

I play tennis, and it's a lot of fun. My first time on a school team was last year, and despite me being really awkward, everyone on the team was so nice to me. I wasn't very good at it, but it helped with my confidence and fitness, especially when I had to play singles.

I play soccer because, well, it's the best sport. I've been playing for about 6 years now and I've gotten pretty good. I have met some of my best friends through soccer teams and I will never forget the people I met through it.

It also keeps me skinny, and in shape. I have a pretty loose diet, eating whatever I see because I am ALWAYS practicing and burning the calories off. I have 4 practices a week and 1 to 3 games every weekend. It's a good thing I have friends on the team or I would hate wasting my weekend playing sports.

One of the most essential things in my life is sports. I just can’t live without it. I train swimming as well as taekwando ( which is a martial art). Yes, I know they are a weird combination, but those two are certainly the love of my life. Being in lockdown has made me appreciate them even more - especially swimming as I can’t go to the pool anymore. Although I have participated in many international competitions, I seem to not get enough of sports. I am always looking for new techniques that I can learn, new methods of training, and so on.

Being an athlete from a very young age, I was always used to having a very tight schedule, but I also had a balance between my serious and social life. The quarantine has certainly affected my mood by a great deal when I suddenly found myself having too much extra time but unable to go out anywhere, it’s just so boring!

Wow, a lot of you guys seem to enjoy badminton! I'm also a fan, haha. :D With COVID-19, I haven't played for a while, so I'm aching to pick up my racquet again. I also used to play field hockey, but I dropped it after my schedule started to get way too packed.

I would play more sports, but to be quite frank, I suck. I'm not the most competitive gal around, so I don't fare well with sports like soccer and basketball. Plus, I HATE running with a burning passion. One day, I'd like to try out lacrosse again. I played a bit of it when I was super young, but never picked it back up. We'll see...
